We absolutely loved the menu. We enjoyed the creamy labneh with fresh vegetables, the flavorful pork and cuttlefish, and the rich tamale with lamb and polenta. Every dish was excellent! The plates were beautifully presented and made with top quality local ingredients. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the wine delicious. Don’t leave without trying the pistachio sorbet! Highly recommended!
Delicious food, fun atmosphere and beautiful courtyard. We loved the eggplant, the tomato , the luscious pasta and the fish. Cocktails were inventive and terrific , even the water was inspired. Make room for the desserts and wine. Great staff!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the service and food. Due to an allergy, I was not sharing plates with the rest of the table. The waitress had said she would time our food to come out at the same time, but my plate was delivered long after everyone else had finished eating. The fish was raw and inedible, but since I had already waited over an hour for the meal I did not send it back. The restaurant was not accommodating and did not discount the meal at all. For a $30 piece of fish I would expect much better service.
Our favourite meal in Biarritz! So happy we discovered this gem of a restaurant pop-up. Unique cocktail menu, great wine list and a passionate somm! The dishes are refined but simply delicious – amazing flavours and unique pairings. We tried to order nearly everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. Our favourites were the grilled octopus with chimichurri, the local veal (cooked to perfection) and the chicken liver and lardo toast. Plus, the stylish outdoor setting creates an amazing vibe in the evening. Go while you have the chance!
This place is just amazing! For me its one of the hot spot of the summer in Biarritz. Located in the incredible Hotel Saint-Julien, Antoine and Maxence are running the show. The food is incredible - You got to try the terrine de cochon kintoa or the toast au foie de volaille. You will not regret it! You can eather take the apero or dine on their beautiful terrace. They also have an amazing selection of natural wines that you cannot find anywhere in Biarritz. If you’re not a wine person, they make some great cocktails!
Great vibes, the terrace is wonderful to sit on at a warm summer night. Awesome staff (who are more than willing to share their knowledge on food/wine!).
Amazing service and the most fantastic food. You must vist this restaurant at Saint Julien hotel. Best food and service in Biarritz. The young chef has amazing skills.
