We rented a house for 2 weeks for $1700 per night. The house was pretty amazing- but our experience was not. For starters, Rosier (or the ownership) withheld part of our security deposit because of "a stain in the kitchen sink". What??? You have a kitchen sink that stains? That sounds like a "you" problem, not a "me" problem! Also, I asked to have extra washcloths provided (I wash my face with a hot towel every morning) and they simply said "no". I'm a tidy/neat person- and I like my privacy- so I asked for only once per week housekeeping (instead of every other day). Their reply was, "No- it's already in your contract." For some reason, they were hell bent on us keeping our doors locked- even though there were 9 of us there- all adults (we couldn't have that many keys out at once). I mean the place is secluded, gated, up on a mountain- not exactly the 'hood. One night we all left for dinner and their guy came to take a look at one of our air conditioning units that wasn't working. When we returned, It was late, dark, and the front door was locked. We started checking other doors (navigating by iphone lights) that we know we'd left unlocked, only to find them locked. Our panic grew with each locked door! We even went into the crawl space under the house (spiders and all!) remembering there was a small door in the house that we thought might lead to it. Finally!- the last door we checked- the garage door- was unlocked! A massive sigh of relief! And that broken AC issue?- it was for the master bedroom and it never got fixed. They actually claimed it was just too hot and couldn't keep up. This was just false- the other ACs worked great and blew out nice cold air. The master bedroom AC had zero air flow coming out of the vents. I deal with HVACs and repairs all the time in my line of work. After pointing out that they were wrong and there was no airflow, they just stopped responding. Upon checkout, they sent a curt text saying we had to be out by
Very professional, able to qualify your needs and to advise you on where to rent depending on your expectations and your budget. Ask Tony, he is a key person well connected locally. He also has an excellent reputation for supporting buyers / sellers as far as we know.
I was very pleased with the way my wife and I were welcomed. The whole staff is very professional. Mr Rosier is fluent in English and quickly knew what we would like to purchase. Four house visits later we pulled the trigger . The closing was right before the pandemic so we have been blessed to have been living in the house of dreams ever since . Highly recommend!!
It has been a real pleasure to have Rosier as our adviser and partner in buying our new home. We could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy service. We highly recommend them should you be looking for your dream home in the Luberon.
Very Doubtful and non ethical way of doing business? As a potential client and while visiting houses, we received, without asking, tons of negativity and false information about other houses that they didn’t have for sale. Eventually these houses were owned by friends of us… I later heard they even never saw or visited these houses…!! How can one work by first destroying systematically what others bring? These are perhaps ancient ways of selling real estate but not correct ways… Even their reviews are non ethical… Almost no clients but only workers and business relations… Don’t be fooled people do your own research!
