Despite the language barrier very friendly staff. We had the Bavette steak for lunch. Great value
La Champenoise will now be our first stop everytime we visit Calais! All I can say is.. they know how to cook!! It's one of those places that you know you can't go wrong no matter what you order. The staff are also very helpful.
Pleasant local brasserie. Good honest fresh food, I had the "salade océanique" & a plate of cheeses, 3 glasses of Sauvignon & the bill was a very reasonable €28. The owner is welcoming too.
Very nice place on the big street. Nice service and good value for the price. Portions are big enough and you will not hungry anymore. Opening times Tuesday - Saturday 1000-1500 / 1800-2200 Sunday1100-1600
The sushi was fresh and beautifully rolled.
Lovely place had lunch nothing fancy but excellent for the price -very friendly -service excellent- had poped into Calais as ferry delayed Typically French would recommend
