If I could give zero stars, I would. Our recent stay at the Oz Inn Hotel was utterly ruined by the disgraceful treatment we received from their security staff during an event night. As paying guests, we expected a warm and respectful environment—what we got was the complete opposite.||After a long, relaxing day at the beach, we returned to the hotel only to be *denied access to the reception* because of our footwear. Yes, you read that right—our *shoes*. Apparently, entry was allowed *only with heels*. This absurd and arbitrary dress code was aggressively enforced by door staff who seemed to think they were bouncers at an exclusive nightclub rather than employees of a hotel. ||We attempted to explain that we were hotel guests simply trying to access our room. Unfortunately, the door staff did not understand us as they didn’t speak English. Despite being polite, I found my path physically *blocked* and was even *pushed backward on the entrance steps*. This level of hostility is outrageous—absolutely no guest should be treated this way.||It’s evident that Oz Inn sees their event-goers as a priority over their actual guests. Want to host private parties? Fine. But provide a *separate entrance* and ensure your security staff are *polite, professional, and accommodating*. The behavior we experienced was unacceptable and inexcusable.||We checked out the next morning and moved to **Le Bergerie**, located just a short walk away. What a difference! Run by two lovely sisters, this charming French countryside-style hotel was a dream. The beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, and delightful breakfast put the Oz Inn to shame. I *highly* recommend staying at Le Bergerie instead—avoid the Oz Inn at all costs! 👎

We spent many wonderful days at Oz'inn again this year. The hotel is fantastic. The team is sensational and provides excellent service. With their friendliness, personal attention, and kind gestures, all of the employees make sure their guests feel welcome. We really like all of them. Special thanks to Sophie and Wendine. See you soon, André

We tried to get into a party tonight. The reception staff told us it was a Barbie and ken night, so we dressed appropriately! When we got there, apparently my husbands shorts weren't dress code! Really! It's a fancy dress night and reception havnt informed us about the dress code. In spite of explaining this to the door staff we weren't allowed in! Ruined our night and after coming here for 15 years and never going to this hotel, we won't try again! Terrible attitude to potential future clients.

We were excited for a fun night out and waited over 30 minutes in line with friends. Security saw us the whole time and never mentioned a dress code. I was wearing a sexy dress with elegant flat lace shoes — I felt great. But at the entrance, the guard suddenly got rude and wouldn’t let me in because I wasn’t wearing high heels. No warning, no sign, nothing. At a rooftop party with a pool, seriously? It was embarrassing and disappointing. We left feeling disrespected, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My wife was attacked at by an east European man at Oz-In hotel. We tried to get help by the security. Instead the security abused my wife. Thrown down the stairs, leaving her bruised. I tried to help and stop. I was carried by the neck and passed out on the way. Total abuse. We are in cap d’Agde for love - not abuse. Stay away.
