Lovely vegetarian restaurant. My girlfriend and I enjoyed some very tasty food, we really loved that there was a restaurant at this location that was vegetarian, because you don't see this everywhere in France. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Also loved the big dog sitting on the terrace!

Supposed to open in spring, the COVID lock down postponed the start to June: In an easy and stylish setting tucked away in the Salins of Hyères with good vibes and chill music the team of three young motivated chefs follow a vegetarian concept on the menu with fresh high quality ingredients only. Very recommendable.

Natural food with original flavours .. you will experience the original tastes and senses a 100% …. it is a fantastic and honest kitchen .. cooked with love and respect .. served in a delicious combination… we will be back …
