A very good visit - the greeting on arrival as friendly and responded to all questions - The nursing team were professional - friendly and explained whatever was going to happen. Overall a very positive experience

The information was explained clearly in French. It would have been useful to have had some English leaflets available but I was able to understand everything. The staff were kind and professional. The waiting area was clean with enough seating available. My only criticism is that the access to the centre is not clear as the signs outside the building are out of date.

Il y avait de l'attente, mais ça a passé vite car les secrétaires sont très gentilles et j'ai discuté avec le patient qui attendait. Ils avaient du retard mais c'est parce qu'il y a trop de malades, et qu'il ny a pas assez de personnel, ce n'est pas de leur faute. Je compatis...l infirmière m a bien tout expliqué le déroulement et la suite a faire chez soi...Le scanner c est bien passé... Rien a dire..

accueil très agréable et personnel souriant, motivé et compètent. médecine nucléaire au départ celai interpelle mais la prise en charge par tous les professionnels ont rendu ce moment très agréable. merci à tous et surtout ne changez pas car je suppose que je vais certainement devoir vous rendre visite prochainement.
