Fraudulent and Untrustworthy – Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a substantial order (€2400) and initially had no issues—until I needed customer service. I simply asked if I could extend the return period for one pair of skis until after my vacation, so I could test the other pair first. I sent multiple emails, tried calling several times, but got zero response. Only when I finally requested a return did they bother replying—just to deny my request and falsely claim they had informed me earlier. They never did. They refused to provide any proof of this supposed communication, which makes it clear they’re operating in bad faith. There are plenty of other retailers offering the same discounted ski equipment—ones that actually care about their customers. Avoid this company at all costs!

Shocking attitude and after 25% UK duty is added the product price is far more than in the UK. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM EASYGLISS

I have bought brand new salomon ski boots S Pro 120 from Hamburg in Germany via internet. The complete customer experience was perfect also the price. Looking forward to test them in Verbier😀

I bought a ski bag 1 week ago through the website and radio silence. I tried to find out what is happening and I still don’t have any answers. Is there any chance that I could have any respond? I want my money back!

J'ai commandé une paire neuve avec montage fixations. La paire m'est arrivé clairement d'occasion. Traces d'utilisation, carre non affûté, semelle farté, impact sur le ski, rayures plutôt profondes.. Après un appel au sav, qui me garantit que les skis sortent d'usine, il m'a fallu 1 mois pour avoir mon remboursement.
