On outskirts of Evreux, might be bit tricky to find without a sat nav to guide you, easy enough to see the building but you can't always turn down the roads you think you need! Signs might be a nice idea...?|Slightly small room, but we only wanted a kip, so not a big issue for us. And it was fairly cheap, so expectations were not sky-high. Comfortable and clean, which are the main things.|Breakfast was good, and stock replenished regularly - a definite plus.

I have stayed here several times and it's great for an overnight stop as it's convenient for me and I get a good nights sleep. In addition, there's secure parking and late check-in.

a nice base for an overnight stay. nice breakfast. technology was a bit overwhelming for those of a certain age. But B&B do have many hotels ideal for stopovers.

Arrived last night, we had nothing booked. Greeted by friendly man in reception. I French is poor spoke great English and very helpful. Got it cheaper that I could get it online. Room was clean along with bathroom. Had air-conditioning. Double bed and two single beds which was partly separated from us by a wall. Nice for a little privacy from kids. Breakfast was nice. Will be back again. As had a a great sleep after travelling so long to get to the boat.

Bad: Air con didn't work. 28 degrees c outside and it was cooler to have the window open. Floor not very clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Shower curtain smelled damp and mouldy. Staff at breakfast were very grumpy and rude. Good: Bed was clean. TV worked. Easy to follow instructions for the check in machine. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Safe big car park with no height restriction. Good location for an overnight stop on the outskirts of town, near main road and shopping centre.

This is my second experience of staying in a B&B hotel. My first experience in another part of France was so good I decided to repeat. However, there have been a number of issues with this particular hotel. * The room itself is perfect. Although the rooms are not well sound insulated and I can hear my neighbour clearly speaking on his telephone. * I was not allowed to do an online check-in. I wasn’t overly concerned as I imagined there would be someone available on reception when I arrived. When I arrived not only was there no one on reception but the machine that you use at the entrance to do a physical check-in with your booking number, was out of order. It took some moments to explain this to the staff at the end of the helpline. They did resolve it quickly, but it did cause some anxiety. *No one explained to me why I was not able to do an online check-in. *One of the reasons For selecting this hotel was because of its no smoking policy. Upon arrival I opened my window to get some fresh air and sat down at the table beside the window only to get lung fulls of cigarette smoke as my neighbour was smoking through their hotel window. This incident was referred to reception and hopefully they have reminded the guest that they should not be smoking at all in the hotel. * This highlighted the fact that although they say each room has a smoke detector in it, my room did not appear to have a smoke detector. I assume their room did not either. I understand that each room should have a smoke detector. * overall, it’s very comfortable and I had a great night sleep

This was our first visit to a B&B Hotel. Friendly check-in (there was an issue, but this was down to the booking app not the hotel) but at least the guy at the desk did his best to resolve it. We had family-sized, dog-friendly rooms on level 3 (64 and 66) Quiet AC. Rooms are lovely and clean and I really respect their green credentials. We hadn’t booked breakfast but it did look fresh, not wrapped in plastic and well presented. They have a huge choice of channels on the TV so we had quite a cheerful evening. For the fussy eaters there’s a KFC practically on the doorstep and other shops and restos nearby. Definitely booking again!

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. My issues were essentially with the difficulty of checking in due to the lack of option of checking in online and the checking in machine on arrival at 17:00 hours was not functioning. This was exceedingly frustrating. Although it was quickly resolved by calling the helpline the person on site did not seem very happy about being disturbed to let me in. In addition other guests Were smoking in their bedrooms
