LE VAL DES ROSES

The villa is just stunning and just as good as it looks in the photos on the website. All the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and air conditioned which was necessary as temperatures sored to 37 degrees whilst there. The villa was very clean, very safe being completely walled in on all sides, large enough along with the two bedroom gatehouse to house 10 people. The entertainment areas are again large for entertaining. It was 80 steps to the beach which had a great little kiosk bar (Rio de Janeiro) for early evening drinks! It took us 15 minutes to walk into the old town which all I can say is fabulous. Filip the owner met us on arrival and he was great any issues at all and he was available. We will most definitely return .

We stayed over three years ago and I'm just now posting this so perhaps things have changed. First. We arrive and are told we will be charged for meter usage. The maids are vacuuming and cleaning so my husband insisted they wait to record beginning usage until the house was clean Second. We had to rent all towels, linens, bed covers etc. not like any other place we have rented in Antibes the last 20 years. third. At 8 am the doorbell outside rang and rang. We did not know who it was and did not expect anyone. They said they were electricians but how did we know???? Finally we let them in. They stayed all day and ate lunch out by the pool so we could not enjoy the pool or the inside of our house. When they left the lights in the separate unit were not working until we left. We did not want another one day visit from electricians so we didn't say anything. The house itself is nice. The kitchen is ok. We had a bad experience.

Très beau lieu avec toutes les commodités et services. Piscine, jacuzzi, terrasse, pool housse. Vue sur la mer, calme avec peu ou pas de passage. Les différentes pièces sont vaste et fonctionnelles, lumineuses et bien isolé. Chaque chambres à sa baignoire. Chauffage et climatisation. Cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée. Les arbres et fleurs sont bien entretenu. Excellament située, petit restaurant à porté de main, commerces à 2min à pieds. Plage à 50 mètres. Vielle ville à 10 minutes, cap d'antibes à 10 minutes. Aéroport de Nice à 20 minutes en voitures tout comme Cannes. Deux très belles chambres d'amis séparées de la maison principal. Offrant elles aussi tout l'espace et le confort nécessaire pour passer de bon moments. Une semaines agréable, douce et relaxant.
