Poor communication and arrogant approach to customer service. I have visited this house twice before and purchased many cases of champagne to enjoy. The champagne is unique hence why i wanted to visit and purchase again when in epernay. I emailed in advance and requested to visit and the person emailed me back to day it wasn't possible on that day. i suggested 2 alterntive days, i was informed its not possible. ok, so I asked them to email me the price list so i can place an order and collect... no reply. i emailed again, no reply. rude and arrogant. i would never recommened this place again, i will find somehwere new to spend my money. there are plenty of places to explore. Which is a shame.

Very good champagne and an excellent introduction to champagne making.

D'excellents Champagne mais une inflation totalement déraisonnée des prix depuis 15 ans avec une ligne rouge franchie pour la clientèle historique de cette famille. A prix équivalent on trouve parfois bien meilleur, et à prix moins cher, on trouve équivalent.

Pésima comunicación. Con semanas de antelación escribí en la sección “contacto” de su website para pedir una cita. La web no procesaba el envío. Una docena de intentos más tarde desde distintos ordenadores y nada. Les envié no menos de tres emails. Ninguna respuesta. ¡Les llamé tres o cuatro veces! Les dejé mensajes en su contestador. Ni respondieron entonces ni ahora ni devolvieron una llamada. Su vino es bueno, pero no es imprescindible. Beberé otros.

Un vrai délice, merci pour ce moment grâce à vous nous avons passé une très agréable soirée.
