I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and well presented, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. I would especially like to highlight the quality of the welcome: the reception staff were warm, professional, and always available. I highly recommend this establishment.

Booked by work and would never pick or choose to stay here myself. Air conditioning sounds like a 747 at takeoff, bathroom is the size of a wardrobe and shower literally soaks the whole bathroom so you need every towel available. Rooms are very small and feel very cheap.

The parking was hard to find - so more info on the website for this would be great The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and the bathroom ( or bath cupboard) was adequate . It was clean and quiet which is all you need when it is just a stop over hotel . I thought the price was a bit high for the size and quality of the accommodation but as I booked last minute and didn’t look at anything else , I’m not sure if it is good value for the area . The pillows were lacking and the bed was a bit too firm for my preference but both were adequate for a last minute shut eye There was a plastic bag covering something on the ceiling not sure if this was the sprinkler or the smoke alarm - didn’t touch it to see but was weird I would probably stay again if there was nothing comparable in the area

The hotel is well situated to explore the town. It was easy to find. We parked in the underground car park which made us a bit nervous as we would be leaving the car there over night, but all was fine. It had CCTV so security was good. The B&B is well priced. Comfortable enough for an overnight stay, breakfast was varied and also a reasonable price. The lady that run the place was very friendly and helpful. Arrival was a bit weird as you have to gain entry by a machine and entry pad , be warned. I guess we are just not used to that but it worked out ok.

We have stayed in this hotel before (2010), but our experience wasn't as good this time. We did not have breakfast this time as when we stayed a week before, the breakfast wasn't as good as we remember from previous stays in this and other Hotel B&Bs. We had a room for 3 which was so small that you couldn't open the main door or bathroom door without them hitting the bed. WiFi was good, bed comfortable but we could have done with more pillows in the room. Staff friendly!

Clean comfortable and very convenient for an overnight stop on a through trip south. Free parking overnight by the town hall, leave by 9.00am. Bathroom is compact but good shower and hot water. No kettle so bring your own!!|Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and plenty to see if you take an evening stroll. I recomend the 'Market Pub' for an evening meal. Just across the market place turn left as you leave the door. |Breakfast is limited 'French' but help yourself so one could be greedy.

The Reception chap was very friendly and the check-in process very efficient.||The room was decent yet with poor views and now looking a little tatty.||The whole hotel is now non-smoking but this rule is clearly often ignored.some corridoors,stairwell and lift stank of fusty old smoke.Indeed I spied a neigbouring client having a crafty puff, standing next to an open window, late at night.||How they could police this better I don't know.? There is only one staff member.||||Hotel is ideally positioned for a stopover and the carpark to the rear is adjacent to McDonalds and the police HQ. but is quite expensive (about €5.80 1800-1000 overnight) although the POLICE should give one confidence.||Breakfast buffet was excellent value!
