We were sitting at a bar in Menton talking to a local couple, Alex and Amber, and asked them for a restaurant recommendation. Alex said we had to go to Mirabelle which was an hour’s drive in the hills above Nice. Thank you Alex and sorry for interfering with your Sunday afternoon romance 😉 What a sensational restaurant. Run by a couple from Lorraine and their three boys it had everything. Beautiful decor, stunning food, excellent value and amazing service. Vincent looked after us so well and passionately explained each dish in English for us. What a great guy. We each had a pea veloute, I had Bavette which was lovely and Toni had a boned and stuffed chicken leg. And then we had two awesome desserts - a lemon crème brûlée and poached rhubarb with strawberry sorbet. Best meal we have had in 8 weeks in Europe. Merci beaucoup 🙏💕

Beautiful place, beautiful staff and beautiful food. Was struggling to find a place open on Wednesday nights as that seems to be a quiet day in the area, stumbled into this place and it was wonderful. Food was lovely and the waiting staff were very friendly and spoke with us in English which was appreciated. Set menu was very good value.

Evening well spent at Mirabelle! Tasty and well prepared food, great service and interesting atmosphere with the open space layout of the restaurant and unique pieces of art. Extensive wine selection by the bottle and also by glass. Highly recommend! Guest parking is available.

The Mirabelle is a hidden gem. After reading reviews, we decided to go to the restaurant. It totally lived up to the reviews - and our expectations. The food was wonderful, I had the beef - it was melt in the mouth good. The staff made the evening feel special, and a big thank you to Vincent for explaining the menu in excellent English.

Such a lovely restaurant with beautiful food. The staff were very attentive explaining every dish off the menu to us in English. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

A family reservation, went in a perfect way of service. My wife had her birthday and I didn’t hesitate to book at this place for our dinner. First I have asked if they are making cakes and they kindly checked the kitchen for me, but unfortunately they weren’t ready for this request. I have bought the cake from some other place then I deliver it to them. They did took care of the rest, by keeping it cool and well served. I was so happy to bring my family to this place, and we would definitely return back. One thing I didn’t like, when we just arrived and one girl did stop us at the door telling us you need a mask! We sell it for 5 euro, seriously?! The elder son of this amazing family he did switch the service from zero to 100%, really top. Thank you

Lost for words, easily the best dining experience you could ever have. Someone give them the michelin star now.
