I went there for a few days with my husband. We had a wonderful time!|The staff was friendly and really thoughtful, the appartement was well equipped with a nice view. The surrounding are just breathtaking, this place is simply incredible ! |I recommend this holiday resort for sure.

The view was amazing. Everything else was a disaster, we've got a wrong chalet appointed to us. Later on we had to pay more money because there was made a misstake. Please be carefull to take photo's of the appartment/chalet you stay in. They charged us more then €1000,- because all kind of things we're missing or 'broken'. They didn't deliver good pictures and eventually stopped pursueing..

Stayed in excellent apartment overlooking the site. Good swimming pool, daughter loved the mini-club and superb views of lake. Site is not fully developed and could do with some more facilities like a kids play area. Note that Google Maps gives the wrong location - posting for l'ecrin du lac is in right place.

The staff was not friendly, nor properly trained for busy check in Saturday, the flats, the bed linens and the outside areas were not clean. Very disappointed especially for the price

Not very clean, and when you tell it they say you have to clean it yourself. Towels were reserved but not provided. The little shop has almost nothing. Great view but you need to take the car for everything you want to do.

Très belle emplacement la vue est superbe mais l'appartement est minuscule pas de coin repas en intérieur. La cuisine est pas fonctionnelle alors que la salle de douche est très grande. Et je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il me soit demandé une caution plus cher que le prix de mon séjour et qu'elle soit prise par empreinte CB et elle n'est pas restituée immédiatement. J'ai du rappeler le centre 3 jours apres min départ pour leur rappeler de faire l'annulation de la caution résultat il faut au moins encore 6 jours pour que ca sois visible sur mon compte....
