This was our second visit to their wonderful vineyard. We have stayed in the B&B previously but took one of the cottages this time. Whilst they are fairly small, all you could need are there. The cottage was clean and well equipped.||The welcome is second to none and the wine tasting/tour is great.||It is hard to say enough other that Les Pierres d'Aurèle will be on the plan for our next trip to France. We love it.

Brilliant to stay at a vineyard whilst in the Loire wine region. The room we had on the ground floor was really lovely overlooking the vineyards. The fridge in the room was a good touch with bottles of the vineyards wine in, we had the bottle of white which was excellent. The pool was also amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer but was part of our French roadtrip. Would totally recommend here.

We did enjoy our stay here :D much better than what we expected. We really appreciate everything. If you are looking for "French style / french home-style B&B", I highly recommend here. 1) Service : perfect. All the staffs were really kind. We arrived pretty late (like 21:00) but the person in charge (maybe Pierre?) was very thoughtful and he kindly sent us a message so that we can find our room well. 2) Room : very comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was big and comfortable. There is a small refrigerator that you can enjoy some beer and wine. No need to bring wine opener or glass 3) View : You will wake up with a wonderful view of winery in the morning / in the night, lots of stars falling to your eyes. Wonderful 4) Breakfast : Even though this is not a hotel but kinda B&B, the breakfast was pretty good. French style breakfast :) with croissant, baguette, cheese, etc. We both did enjoy our breakfast. Fresh, local food and most of all, delicious. 5) Etc : They have their own activities related to wine. Wine tasting is possible and you can buy their wine. Closed to Chenonceau (15 mins by car)

We stayed here for one night at the end of our holiday to break up a long journey back to Paris CDG. We are so glad we did as it was so beautiful and had a really authentic French feel. The owner was very friendly and we were made very welcome. Our suite was amazing and just perfect for the five of us; our kids had their own room separate to ours which was great as we had lots of space and the beds were comfortable. Pool was an added bonus and the views and garden areas are lovely. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended -we wish we could have stayed longer!!

This accommodation exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of the cottages which was lovely. It had three bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a twin room. There was also a kitchen which we used both nights as this location is quite secluded. Sitting on the terrace, looking towards the vinyard with a nice glass of local wine was very relaxing. The accommodation also offers a free tour and degustation which is well worth doing. The wines are lovely. Despite its secluded location it is close to amenities and the sites of the region. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on vacation in Loire Valley in July and this is the hotel we stayed not far from Chateau Chenonceau. We rented a car, so getting to this place with GPS is easy.||||The owner is very friendly. We forgot to call him because we were a bit late for check-in (at around 20:00 pm), but this gentleman recognized us immediately when we drove into the yard of this cottage. The room is very comfortable and quiet. There are vine yards outside, so early morning birds singing is the only sound you hear.||||The breakfast is wonderful. I like the bread, and the home made jam.||||The restaurant in the nearby city recommended by the owner for dinner is very good, with musicians performing onsite.||||Highly recommend this hotel if you have a car.

I can't really say enough nice things about this place. We stayed two nights in one of the cottages. The fridge was stocked with a selection of wine and a very good local craft beer. The view was spectacular, breakfast was great, and the staff were super-nice. We did not have the time to check out the pool so can't comment on that.

Imagine a line of 5 very modern bungalows standing on a 100 m wide clearing between two vineyards... Next to an older farmhouse... No other building is in sight. This is how Les Pierres d'Aurele look like.||||On one hand this is in the middle of nowhere (in a small road quite far from the village center), on the other hand within a 30 minutes drive radius you can find the most beautiful sites of the Loire Valley (e.g. Chenonceaux, Amboise...). One can certainly relax after a tiring sightseeing day, the small pool is a nice touch to help you unwind.||||We stayed at one of the cottages (there are apartmants at the farmhouse, too). They are well equipped and suitable for a family with even 3 children. Given the location the nights are very quite. However, when it's hot the cottages can be also too warm and the mobile AC doesn't help much. Another improvement area is to make the surrounding of the cottages much nicer, it is currently very unkept, not a very nice sight.||||The owners are very friendly, they try to help you with any request. Tough they do not speak much English, but this is not an obstacle for them to try to make you feel home.||||Overall, this can be a very good base to discover the Loire area if some improvements are made.
