What a hidden Gem . One of the best restaurants on the Canal de Lateral Garonne . The food is equal to the best anywhere in the world , made with passion and skill , the staff are very friendly and welcoming and attentive . Nothing is too much trouble . Most importantly the food is absolutely delicious and they have a very competitively priced lunch menu , an a la carte and a five course chef choice which is Devine . And the host is very funny . And we arrived by boat which is about 900 metres away .

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Toulouse. The pork main dish (pictured first) was one of the best pork dishes I’ve had in my life. The trout and dessert was good. The cheese plate was delicious and I highly recommend getting that dish separately from the 3 course meal. The wines were also great. The pork plate and cheese sampler definitely stood out as the strongest dishes. The service was great. The owner was friendly and seemed like a nice man. I highly recommend coming here if your in town.

The atmosphere of the restaurant room, the staff, the service, the presentation of the dishes were top-level (see some pictures), and the food itself was delicious! Definitely to be recommended!

Excellent service. The food and presentation were great, too. Even my kids ate most of the food. Our server was so accommodating and spoke English, so that was helpful and took us in without reservation. Best to book ahead of time, though, but we found this restaurant last minute after visiting the museum and was hungry.

Truly a wonderful gastonomic experience. The obvious love of cooking and the ingredients used made for a meal full of taste. The service was excellent as was the selection of wines. We will be returning in September and can't wait!
