Close to Normandy and a town to die for. Prettiest gem of France 🇫🇷 and typical village style beaches with amazing food options. We tried this restaurant and was roadside seating outdoors and indoors. Excellent seafood heaven. Loved every bite and enjoyed the every second of amazing location in center of the village. Strongly recommended the town and restaurant.

We had a lovely experience at L’Alcyone in Honfleur! The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was warm and cozy, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. We tried “Le Clacos” – a baked Camembert served with potatoes and charcuterie – and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was generous and it was totally worth it. We also had the mijoté de veau au cidre, which was flavorful. For dessert, we went with the brioche façon pain perdu and the tartelette aux pommes – both were sweet and satisfying. Highly recommended if you’re in Honfleur and looking for a delicious and authentic experience!

Well located near the harbour, this spacious restaurant serves local dishes that are pretty tasty and good 👌 they also have high chairs to accommodate for families with little ones 👍 and for those who want to lunch early, they can serve the food before noon which is convenient when you have kids!

Nice brasserie style food. Their classic burger for 13.50 was very tasty! Also their formule with 19.00 for 2 courses was good also. The poke bowl was nice and the piece of meat was nice too! The service was so and so as the one waiter started to speak Spanish to me and because i couldn't understand (as i speak Greek and French) I asked her politely to speak French to me. Later she was ignoring me and stopped talking to me! The other waitress instead was friendly and helpful! Overall, nice food at good prices in a touristy place like Honfleur!

Our b&b host recommend L'Alcyone as one of the best casual restaurants Honfleur has to offer so we took the bite and went for it. I'm happy it was well worth the rave as we've only had the best possible service during dinner. Despite the place buzzling with people even at 9pm, we were able to be seated outside with our 3 dogs (we were a group of 6). Our server offered a bowl of water for the dogs right away and he was very accommodating and nice. I knew mussels were a bit off season so i was not expecting them to be their usual size. Despite the smaller size, the mussels we were served were fresh and was flavorful. It was cooked just right and the servings were hefty. The Poulette version was hands down my favorite. The Camembert one was good but i felt it was too overpowering and can be a bit too overwhelming after a while to my taste The star of the show was definitely the Honfleur Stew! 💖 It had just the right amount of broth and flavor from the seafood and you are served with bread on the side to soak the soup with. I was overall happy with my experience in this restaurant and it definitely lived up to its glowing reviews! 💖

I tried many restaurants in the area and so far this is the best restaurant one for me. The waitress is really knowledgeable and able to give good suggestions on the menu. You can also tell he is passionate about his work. He even suggested us to get a menu based on our choice as its cheaper. I would highly recommend their oyster as its one of the freshest and delicious one I ever had. Their seafood dishes are also really good. Overall, I would visit this restaurant again whenever I am in the area.

A very busy restaurant even out of season. Loved the warm cosy feel, it was very cold outside. Menu in a choice of languages and staff were very friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced with amazing fresh local seafood and burgers if you aren’t feeling adventurous.

We were here for two dinners in November when we stayed in the apartment rental just next door. The servers were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to use some English and explain some menu items to us. The food was excellent on both occasions (great sea sauerkraut!). Fun, relaxed atmosphere when we were there too.
