Bad attitude service, food quality is normal. When we asked for water and the waitress got it straight from the sink which normally use to wash stuff, then served with an attitude. I refused it right away. The food quality is not really good, quantity is a half compared to normal and vegetable is not fresh. There was no care from waitress if customer ok with everything or need something during meal time also It looks more like a self-service place than a restaurant

I have been here many Times and I am never disappointed ! The food is amazing. I just came back from a trip to Vietnam and it taste just like there. (Maybe even better 😊) They are also very welcoming and the decoration is very cool. A must try !

Had dinner here with my wife during a short visit to Cannes. I arrived at opening time and had no trouble getting a table. The food was very good and taste was amazing. We especially enjoyed the Pho, which was the one of the best we had so far in France.

Had many amazing meals at Madame Hien. This is easily some of the most authentic Vietnamese food I’ve had—every dish was incredibly well-balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. What really stood out to me, though, was the atmosphere created by the staff. I’ve rarely seen a restaurant where every single person seemed genuinely happy, engaged, and proud of their work. It didn’t feel forced at all—just a team that clearly enjoys what they do, and it shows in the entire experience. Service was attentive, warm, and seamless throughout, and combined with how consistently good the food was, it made every visit feel special. Definitely one of the most memorable dining experiences in Cannes (which led me to eat there twice a day during my time there!), and I would absolutely revisit.

A Hidden Vietnamese Gem in Cannes! Stumbling upon Madame Hien after a day of exploring Cannes was pure luck. Their signature pho bo (beef noodle soup) blew me away— the broth was rich yet light, simmered to perfection with fragrant lemongrass and star anise, wrapping my taste buds in warmth. The beef slices were tender, and the rice noodles chewy, soaking up every drop of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering tips on adjusting fish sauce for the best taste, plus a complimentary crispy spring roll that was a delightful bonus. The cozy, minimalist Southeast Asian decor added to the charm, and the prices were reasonable for Cannes. A must-visit if you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese food— I’ll definitely be back!

All foods are super tasty and fresh. The staffs are warm welcome and good service.

I had dinner here and it was so good. Food was really authentic and the service impeccable. A true gem in the midst of all these French places. I highly recommend to have dinner here. The bao buns are a must.

I needed my Asian food dosage while visiting Cannes - a friend recommended me this place and the food was remarkable. Probably the best and most authentic Pho I’ve ever had in France. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.
