RESIDENCE PIERRE BROSSOLETTE

Pool was uncrowded as not in school holidays, water temp about 25 to 26 C.|No steam room or sauna. The apartments are not big, but having a six person one with a sea view was perfect for two of us. No oven in the kitchen which is a shame.|Well equipped kitchen, though took time to find where everything was kept.|The sea view apartments all face north, so not that much sun on their balconies.|Car parking arrangements worked well.

I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited.The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves.Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer.The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped.Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

We stayed during the week Apr 26 - May 03 at “ Le Coteau et La Mer “. It is a superb holiday site, with an ideal location facing the sea, secured car parking space, and indoor heated swimming pool. The apartment is clean, well managed, with all necessary amenities. The 3 lady staffs were always smiling & warm, cordial, and efficient helping us…thank you very much 👍 There are so many interesting visits around Dourenenez & nearby area 👏 We definitely recommend this vacation residence to everyone 👌

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The apartment was clean, but the overall condition of the residence is unacceptable: peeling paint, dents everywhere, a rusty and rattling elevator, outdated and dirty kitchen appliances, and tiny beds unsuitable for adults. We booked based on the positive reviews on Booking.com – but the reality matched the critical Google reviews we found later. Only the view from room 206 kept us from leaving on the first day. Definitely not worth the price.

We rented a superior apartment and it was truly magnificent. It had wonderful views of the sea and it was so peaceful and tranquil - we loved it. The balcony was large and we could all eat out there. |There were no busy roads just a footpath between us and the sea. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it - we're planning our return trip.

The room have perfect view of the sea, clean and the swimming tool is really nice. 2 negative point : the wifi in the appartement is horriable, you can do nothing with and internet in the village is very low, be prepare to spend your holidays deconnected. the landary room have no clear intruction of usage, we lost 6€ due to the wrong manipulation and no refund.

We had a very nice stay in the residence. Excellent location and very nice staff. The apartment was ok for 3 adults and one child. It is near a beautiful beach. The pool has a good size and it's clean.

It is worth paying the extra for a Premium residence as the kitchen area is bigger and it was easy to prepare food. The lounge and dining area is very spacious with lovely décor. Although the weather was awful most of the time it was lovely to look out from the balcony over to the Crozon Peninsular. On the good days we enjoyed watching the sun setting. The bathrooms were very clean and had good showers which were easy to use unlike some places we visit.| It is a very good base as it was easy to visit places near and far from Treboul such as Pont Aven,The Belon Estuary, Concarneau, The Crozon Peninsula, Locronan, Pont l'Abbe and beyond. Had the weather been good we would have liked to visit the Reserve du Cap Sizun which looks spectacular, but it was too foggy to visit in safety. We have not visited this area of France for several years and we enjoyed revisiting these places again and noted how many had increased in size whilst mostly keeping their charm and individuality.||The reception staff were very helpful and very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay in a very clean complex where we felt very secure and car parking was also secure and free. The internet although very expensive was fast with good reception unlike some P&Vs.
