This is probably the best 3* hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and there's ample private parking. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have aircon. The breakfast is a handsome spread of local and regional delights. The Pool is crystal clear and safeguarded in case you have young children with a surrounding netting fence. |However, I left the best till last, The owners Tom & Ruth are such lovely people and they couldn't have tried any harder to help us have a lovely time. What a really lovely place; little attentions to detail everywhere and the friendly ambiance make this place a true gem in such a beautiful part of France.

This hotel is run by a lovely, friendly couple. 😊 The location of the hotel is perfectly convenient for the attractions and activities in the area, the rooms we tried were clean and the furnishings were satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. Unfortunately we were not able to try the swimming pool due to lack of time, but we will definitely do it next time we come back. Nice welcome, family atmosphere. 😊 Definitely recommend for families or travellers without children. A family from Budapest

What a wonderful place to stay! Well located being just 20 mins to Nice airport and ideal for Vence as well as the beaches. The rooms are all air conditioned, the beds are comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was lovely. The owners, Tom & Ruth are genuinely lovely people and made our stay for all seven of us a real pleasure. I should also mention that there is a beautifully kept, crystal clear swimming pool to enjoy, day or night and ample parking at the hotel for the cars. Hat off to Tom & Ruth for creating such a lovely venue and helping us have a great time. I would definately stay again.

Down to earth accomodation with exceptional friendly attitude of the hotel owners. Decent breakfast. The room: Neat and tidy. A special request was flawlessly fullfilled: On depture day I decided to leave at 04:30 in the night, Tom, the hotel owner provided me with a generous travel catering, whose amount was far beyond my expectations, e.g. 4 double espressos for a 1000 km return-travel. Thank you Tom. In terms of alertness of nocturnal road users you made a remarkable contribution to road safety in Nice and its surroundings. For me personally a small family run hotel is always preferable to facelessness / impersonality of huge hotel facilities, commonly lacking in compassion and engagement.

We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday to Sunday. We were made to feel so welcome, the hotel is run by an English couple so this was a huge bonus for us. As our French speaking was minimal. The whole place was clean, tidy and the pool facility was so good for our kids. The temperature was just right for all of us. Breakfast was decent, plenty to choose from. Kids were happy with coco pops & pan au chocolat. Great wifi connection & overall a very lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well looked after and cosy. Love the microwave and fridge in room. Swimming pool an added bonus - properly azur blue. The owners, Tom and Ruth, are super friendly and obviously work hard to make guests feel welcome. Highlight - breakfast on the vine terrace next to the pool.||Make sure you visit Vence pool as well, great treat. ||Can’t wait to visit again.

We are a family of five and it is rare for us to find hotels that accommodate us in one room. The room suited us perfectly and had everything we needed including air conditioning and a small fridge. Tom and Ruth were excellent hosts and were always available to offer help and suggestions for our stay. ||We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast taken in the shade by the lovely pool. The fresh bread, pastries and conserves were a particular favourite. ||The hotel has its own car park, free for guests which was an added bonus, WiFi was also included and worked at all times.||We would definitely return and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

If you need a stay on the French Rivièra, near the Côte d'Azur and you want avoid the crowds and high prices, book this Hotel in VENCE! ||The owners Tom and his wife (original from the UK) are very friendly and helpfull. The room was complete and clean. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast outside on the terras near the Pool. Fresh bread, yoghurt, cereals, Coffee, etc. ||We enjoyed the Pool for the rest of the day. |In the evening you can visit the old town VENCE, only 5 minutes by car. Lovely restaurants to enjoy lunch, diners or just some drinks. Also People who like Art and Historical highlites will enjoy. ||We recommand this Hotel if you want to visit this area! Also a good place if you want to travel from France to Italy. The Hotel provides also charging for Electric Cars. ||Benno and Eveline
