Absolutely awful experience at this COS store!!!!! Returning a perfectly fine item became unnecessarily difficult and deeply unpleasant. The staff’s tone was rude, dismissive, and humiliating, with repeated comments implying that a refund is a “privilege.” Completely unacceptable for a brand at this price point. Strongly recommend avoiding this location!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this COS store. I attempted to return a defective dress that already had a stain at the time of purchase and provided photo evidence from the fitting room. The refund was refused and a gift card was issued instead without my consent. I also requested a written refusal, which was denied. What was most upsetting was the behaviour of the store manager: I was interrupted, not allowed to explain my situation and the manager eventually turned away and walked off instead of addressing the issue. This level of customer service is not acceptable for a brand like COS. I hope the company reviews staff conduct at this location and improves the way customer complaints are handled.

Absolutely shocking attitude from the employees. Rude and disrespectful. My dad asked if they had more sizes and - as if asking a question was an unthinkable thing to do to someone moving clothes around for a living - rolled her eyes and told him to just look in “that area”. Another guy from the dressing room had an awful attitude and didn’t want to his job of folding clothes. We are paying 500€ for a coat, the least you could do is help the customers. Better buy online!

Could be good, but only one mirror in whole 2.5 story shop located downstairs hidden in a corner behind some clothes! Duh! A clothes shop essentially without a mirror - unless queuing for 15 mins to get a changing room is your thing

Ironic that such a dumpy store can have more attitude than all of Rue St Honore. Petty tyrants working in cheap fast fashion, who knew.

I recently visited the store and was impressed by the level of service. A special thank you to Clémence, who provided absolutely outstanding assistance! Even though it was already late in the evening, she patiently helped me find the right sizes, brought several options to try, and gave great advice. Thank you to COS for maintaining such high standards, and especially to Clémence for her kindness, attention, and amazing support for customers

I have tried to shop at COS over the years because I have heard good things about the product quality. I have always been disappointed by the selection in store whenever I have tried in the past but not at this location. Loved a lot of the stuff they are selling here and finally bought a few things from COS. Nice variety and the salespeople are helpful too.
