Nice hotel, Laurie was great and the food in the restaurant was excellent
My room was basic and functional, the décor was in good order as were the furnishings and the shower room. Breakfast was again basic but good value for money. The hotel fronts onto a main road that can be a bit noisy in the early mornings. Good for a one night stop over.
This hotel is spotlessly clean and our room with en-suite shower was perfectly acceptable. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Our evening meal was OK for me but not enjoyed by my wife. The menu was unexciting.|Gramat is handy for visiting nearby Rocamadour.
gramat is a small village in a strategic region if you are traveling in the province of France (Cordes Sur Ciel, Rocamadour, Gaillac, Albi, Saint Cirq Lapopie and others). we went there during snow time, and the room was very cozy and warm. the staff in gentle (is a old couple, très sympa!) - location is perfect, but is a very small town, so that dont count - they have a bar also, but we arrived late so it was already closed. the furnitures in the room was brand new, the shower good and clean sheets and towels. good breakfast with a good price also!
The hotel is situated in a very nice village and is well worth a stop over, we stayed before we headed to visit rocamadour which is beautiful and only a small distance away. The hotel is small but very clean , there are no tea or coffee making facilities in your room which is disappointing. The people in the hotel are helpful and very friendly helping to explain the menu which is basic but okay. Parking is close to the hotel.
Gramat may not be the first place on your list of French towns to visit and we did not stay here in the Hotel but if you are hungry at lunchtime and nearby please go and see Madame here in the restaurant. Her chef will cook you a fluffy omelette if you need one or go for something more substantial and it will be delicious.||We were made most welcome and it was a delight to eat here.
