Super rude. I called to book a table outside, and they told me they don't take reservations for the outdoor area and that I just had to show up and check availability. I arrived 30 minutes later, asked for a table outside, and they literally asked me, "Did you book?" Are you kidding me? Complete lack of communication and terrible service.

Excellent value for money. Room with very nice view on Geneva and nearby mountains. Good food in a mountain atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient service! I had been living in the region and I enjoy discovering it again every time I visit this charming hotel.

I made a booking for a private stay but I had to cancel it due to change of work schedule. I was one day late for cancellation. I was worried, I called the hotel, the people pick up the phone were nice, they said they accept my cancellation free of charge. Another thing I notice is that the price for the hotel does not vary much over time, this is unlike most other hotels.

We have booked a table there far in advance of our event. We have invited a family for a birthday of my parents-in-law. From the first day of booking till the very end everything was messed up. First there was a lady called Luce who never showed up to, but managed to not manage anything. We had to call many times in order to be sure that she understood everything, then we had to wait for a menu for a few days. We had to repeat many times that there were few vegetarian dishes required, however they have been served as others. My husband ordered two entire cakes, however they have brought them sliced. We have asked them to give us an option where guests could have replaced dishes with whatever they liked from menu, however they have all received the same. And every time my poor husband had to stand up and go to the kitchen and ask them to do as it has been asked for thousands of times. Well in one word, totally disorganized staff. There were two of them who were excellent - the lady ( with reddish hair) who served us whole afternoon and the cook. Food was great. The rest was dramatic. No way. Don’t go there, especially to celebrate something. Total waste of money.

We went there on Saturday evening. The restaurant got busy soon after the service started therefore reservations strongly recommended. We ordered a fondue (with mushroom and charcuterie) for 3 and a steak and the food was really good and beautifully served. It was also good value for money. The desserts are worth a try as well. The atmosfere in the restaurant is really nice and despite full house and children around, there was no excessive noise. And above all, the city lights glimmering down in Geneve are just mesmerising when seen from the restaurant’s windows.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view is very nice. And the location very quite. You do need a car.||||The breakfast is classic buffet. The coffee machine needs to be tuned to have espresso with more coffee and less water.||||The main problem is that the restaurant staff shuffles the tables and chairs around at the end of the night and this generated a lot of noise enough to wake you up. And at 630 am the cleaning lady starts to get ready by your door and this also makes too much noise.

The Hotel Bois Joly is a good one lying on the sqlope of a hill thus in a place higher than the Crozet urban center; in a very beautiful and healthy spot.||The room in which I stayed was very clean and comfortable, particularly the bed as, in principle, all beds in that hotel are. The mattresses are hard and therefore appropriate for people enduring back troubles. The room was also peaceful so that I could sleep all night without being bothered by any noise whatsoever. The only weak point about that room is that its balcony looks onto the hotel restaurant terrace. At first sight there is nothing wrong with that but if the fact that after dinner in summer a lot of customers remain on that terrace and smoke is taken into consideration, it will be understood that in case one opens the window nearly all the smoke comes into the room. Since I stayed there in August on a very hot day and I had to keep the window utterly fettered in order not to breathe the smoke concerned I perspired owing to the high temperature inside. Otherwise, that smoke would have certainly been a nuisance and most probably impaired my health.||Although there is no lift that’s not a problem at all inasmuch as a member of the staff is always ready to help customers to take their heavy luggage up to the room. Such members are usually very helpful though they could be a bit more affable. ||The view one can enjoy from the room windows on the front façade is fantastic. From there it’s possible to contemplate a splendid landscape consisting of a part of the Crozet village, a little forest as well as a large piece of land stretching up to the Leman Lake. Though it were just for enjoying that view it would be worth staying at the hotel concerned.||The breakfast is good, enough to resist until lunchtime and not expensive. Excellent and well known restaurant in the area. Lovely ambiance, with equally good local specialties. Service is typically quite fast and efficient. They have a relatively recently renovated dining room which significantly expands their seating, and is a very well.appointed room with nice bathrooms. There is a playground for the kids in good weather. Moreover, they are open 7 days a week! Definitely suggested!
