Lionel is an absolute professional, extremely customer-focused and responsive, and, very importantly, a really nice guy! We are foreigners, so that entire buying process was a little more complex and it was a blessing to have Lionel by our side along the way.

This agency is not worth your time. They asked for an excessive amount of personal information, only to dismiss applications without proper review. Communication is terrible, with representatives being difficult to reach and rude when you do manage to speak with them, particularly a woman named Fanny. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
