We got a beautiful tulip bouquet here, good price and friendly service from the staffs! Sherlock and Volteur? were very cute!!

Madame Davida assisted me with a bouquet for a French Resistance remembrance plaque. She was so sweet and put together a large, lovely arm full of flowers. She even gave me a ribbon to make sure that I tied the bouquet in place. Merci for the special treatment.

The man at the counter with the fedora on, has a nasty attitude to their customers doesn’t know how to provide custom service. I would avoid this place.

Go here if you want a taste of rudeness to brighten up your day. Extremely impolite staff who insist on making a simple conversation rude. And this is when I live here! I wonder how they treat tourists. Go down the street for the other store, it’s much better!

how dare you speak to the customers “what a shame!”. I just walk around and want to buy a bouquet to take a picture around Paris and then the owner tells me “why you have to take a picture with a flower?” “Why!!!!” he yelled at my face and he SAID “what a shame!!”. I paid for the flowers, I didn't ask for free. It was the most rude and disrespectful that I have ever encountered. It was a nightmare.

Our wedding got moved to a day earlier at the last minute due to rain and she made me the most beautiful bouquet right at closing time. She had no idea how wrong everything had went for our wedding so her being so kind and helpful at closing time meant so much!
