SCI QUICK

I am writing to formally complain about the repeated unacceptable service at Quick in Stralsund. This is not an isolated incident. I and other customers have experienced the same issue multiple times over several visits. Today I placed an order at 20:30 and, once again, I waited for an hour without receiving any order number or update. This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a fast-food service. This is not just poor service — it is a recurring operational failure. I expect immediate clarification as to why this continues to happen and what measures will be taken to ensure it does not occur again. If this situation does not improve, I will consider escalating this matter further.

Unbelievable service very quick and efficient and the food just tastes soo good!! Thanks to the whole team tonight. I'll definitely be visiting a lot here!!

It’s about fast food and nothing special. You can find here. Just to highlight the smelling inside, it’s not nice and perhaps your clothes will smell either . But you can find KFC crossing the street which I will say that the same food but at least the smell is different .

It was okay. The biggest problem I had was, that the burgers weren't that hot unfortunately. Tasty though but not acceptable. But I mean it's still a Quick Burger. So sad to see them closed.

There is choice but the meat isn't that good, and the meals are not really hot. The service is clean and gentle. Try it yourself !

Quick. -2 Star because cleaning, and the fries was not awesome.. but you can go here without have a bad experience!
