I bought a Paris-Brest choux pastry (3,10€) and it was delicious. I guess they use whatever ingredients are in season, so what you see now might now be available in a few weeks. They even packaged it up nicely for me to eat later. This pastry shop also has savoury options, is located by a marketplace that has parking in front.

Wonderful croissant, very crispy outside and fully cooked inside except for the exact middle. Very nice. The smoked salmon bagel was a very nice surprise, loved it and inexpensive. A cup of Jasmin tea finished off a perfect morning meal. Awesome friendly service.

Fantastic patisseries. Had 2 different fig desserts both amazing and excellent pain, traditionale. Will definitely return mmm

Beautiful patisserie - I tried the apple swirl which was delicious and something different. The croissant and pain au chocolat had stunning lamination and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We only stoped for a sandwich here during our bike trip to Cognac. Was really good. Highly recommend to have a sandwich to recharge your batteries here. We haven’t taste the pastries but the looked super good also.

An excellent boulangerie (Baker) with a nice array of rolls, cakes and salads. Price seemed reasonable for a city centre shop.

I got a wonderful tarte citron, and my father got the petit paris brest. Both amazing, wonderful taste and beautiful artistry. If I come back to Cognac, I will 100% be coming back here, as there are so many other things that looked great!
