shop is clean , sales team friendly , after the air condition I bought failed after 3 days the aftersales team tried to explain me that the system works fine but in fact it was blowing only air around WITHOUT cooling it . The level of technical incompetence of the aftersales supervisor is hard to describe . My request to replace the unit was denied and it was sent for repair . Since I left back to Germany I will be lucky if I will get it back next summer holidays .

Great salesman who spoke English and was very helpful, hopeless staff on the desk and poor client relations from the manager.
With limited french language, we still managed to get great service and got a new tv :).. Thank you for helping even with language problems ;)
