Very nice stay. I am from the UK and travelled for a conference at UPEC. Room was great for what I needed, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were also incredibly friendly, and helpful. I had an issue when I first arrived as my booking could not be found, however, due to it being late at night (around 11pm) they kindly gave me a room for the night and it was all sorted in the morning. Thank you!
We booked two nights at Hotel Campanile Créteil, clearly communicating our accessibility needs as we were traveling with our wheelchair-user daughter. Unfortunately, the hotel failed us completely.||The first room was cramped, had no ventilation or working fan, a broken phone, and incredibly loud neighbors shouting into the night. With the phone broken, I had to walk to reception twice just to report it. Eventually, staff member Junior moved us to another room.||But the second room was just as bad — still inactive ventilation/fan, another broken phone, and then a bathroom light that didn’t work. We were unable to bathe or assist our daughter due to the complete darkness, neither we had a decent shower. I repeatedly complained to reception and the front office manager, but nothing was repaired during our entire stay.||The lack of empathy, accessibility, and basic functionality in this hotel was unacceptable. I had to make multiple trips from the fifth floor to the lobby just to ask for help, and we received no compensation or apology.||Avoid this hotel if you value comfort, accessibility, or basic customer service.
The hotel is very nice but it’s not enough space to accommodate 3 people in that room and it’s definitely not worth the price we paid for two nights at all. Moreover there was noise in toilet as water kept on falling whole night from commode and also the shower place is very small it did not fit us there
Terrible Stay – Accessibility Needs Ignored and No Support We stayed at Hotel Campanile Créteil for two nights with our wheelchair-user daughter, and it was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we've had. After a 7-hour drive, we were given a cramped room with no working fan or ventilation, a broken phone, and noisy neighbors yelling late into the night. I had to go down to reception twice to report it since we couldn’t even use the phone. The staff (Junior) couldn’t fix anything, so we were moved to another room — after unpacking everything. Unfortunately, the second room had the same problems: no fan, another broken phone, and later, a bathroom light that didn’t work at all. We couldn’t bathe or properly clean our disabled daughter because of the total lack of lighting. Despite repeatedly reporting this — including to the Front Office Manager — nothing was ever fixed. I had to keep going from the fifth floor to reception multiple times just to be heard. We received no apology, no resolution, and no offer to move us again because the hotel claimed it was fully booked. Very poor service, unacceptable facilities, and a total failure to meet accessibility needs. We are requesting a full refund and do not recommend this hotel.
Room is basic but clean!! All you need for one night But the best thing was the amazing customer service both day shift and night shift who helped us a lot with our transport and check in. The girl was very welcoming!!
Although very simple, the small rooms, it is a very receptive and comfortable hotel. The receptionist was very attentive, clean rooms and bathroom, very attentive morning receptionist, coffee machine serves a good coffee and has a McDonald's next door for a quick meal. Parking is free, close to market and mall, train station and easy access from the airport coming by car. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to see Paris.
Adequate room with third unused bed. Room had air conditioning and TV. Bed was good and room was clean. Looked as if it had had a refurbishment with new carpet. Okay size bathroom with shower. Parking available for free... breakfast available on site (we didn't use) or adjacent McDonald's. Internet was good. Easy to drive or get nearby public transport into Paris... the centre of Paris was about 30 minutes in the evening by car (45 minutes at lunchtime). Felt safe in the area. Staff on desk and cleaning staff were polite. Okay for a short two or three day stay ... particularly if you have a car. We would use again.
My son was in a room with a faulty shower door. It was a corner shower with the doors on rollers. Each door should have had two rollers. One door had only one roller as he came out of the shower the door came off the one roller. As a consequence the door completely came off shattering glass and the frame flailing around. He had cuts all over his naked body, his i-phone was knocked off the side of the sink and damaged. The hotel have taken no responsibility for this. I have spoken to them in person and they are blaming my son which is shocking. They think he is lying about his phone phone not working. No concern for his welfare, pain or damaged property, No empathy in a shocking situation. -He was physically harmed -Emotionally harmed -His property has been damaged I have photographic evidence. This particular hotel is not registered with an ombudsman, so they can continue this provision of dangerous unchecked furniture. I advise: check for safety before entering a shower in this establishment. The hotel do not check for safety and people are at risk as a consequence. Luckily, this did not happen to somebody who is more fragile, because the injuries would have been much worse The response of the manager, who took 3 weeks to reply with one sentence and has since not replied, is to take no responsibility for this damage to person and property. The response of the person who was working that night was they move them to us a different room and be angry.
