Whoever says workload is high has skill issue sorry. Best profs Ive had as an exchange student, especially for Sustainable Finance, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and French for Beginners. Food is healthy and the man in charge of the gym is super friendly. Merci Essec.

The school and its BBA programs helps the students to craft their own niche in comparison to students around the world. With the campuses in Singapore, France and Morocco, the students at ESSEC get to study in 3 campuses + an external campus exchange in an other country within 4 years. Not just that, students get to do internships if successful in finding one, as it is an integral part of their under graduation. However, the student life can definitely Be improved by embracing and building diversity and building a system that allows for that to happen. Nevertheless, they provide many opportunities to start something of your own, so you don’t have to blend in and can start something on your own. About overall impact, the school gives you a lots of prestige and impact on your portfolio even post graduation.

Shocking that sick students are required to still attend class even if they are coughing their lungs out. Covid positive is not a valid reason to not attend classes and the school doctor can’t give medical note at all. A breeding ground for illness and it would not be long before an accident happens due to negligence.

Teachers with zero management skills, school with the worst environment, tons of workload. Many teachers are just reading PowerPoints in class like a robot, and always have a delay on sending announcements. Terrible IT systems, can’t even let the students choose courses properly. It might have a high QS rankings, but the truth is😭 I don’t need to say it🤡

Really bad recruiting process. I wonder if the school itself matches this level of inadequacy!

ESSEC school is one of the most prestigious universities in Europe and in the world. Their way of study is giving you the practical and the theory experience. They insist on practice as they do for theory. A lot of CEO for big international firms has graduated from here. Super Recommended for leaders and business entrepreneurs

80% of classmates have ongoing issues with the administration at ESSEC. Student union is elected based on who parties the hardest, and they only have jurisdiction over parties. No wonder no progress is made in the school. Professors oftentimes are given different classrooms than the students, other times they come in prepared for the wrong course, other times they arrive up to 50min into the class if at all. Bursaries and scholarships often get lost in the system and takes up to 2.5 yrs to resolve, if at all. I know that the semester after me, students started a big petition against ESSEC admin. No change.

This email perfectly describes how much of a joke this school is, with only two or three teachers being competent. (And this is just one out of many absurdities I encountered there)
