Very very impressive. All those poor young men (English, Canadian, German) who died for male imperialisme. So many parallels with current Ukraine war.

Great little war museum/memorial about a tragic, but fascinating event preceding D-Day. The setting - it's a former theater - makes it unique. The exhibition is small - 1 hour/1,5 hour is enough, including the 40 minute film. Time your visit well as opening times are limited.

It is so nice to see that this tragic event has its own museum... When I visited Dieppe in 1992, there was nothing like that. The museum was opened in 2002. It is not very big, but has a special atmosphere (it used to be a theatre) and contains all the important information and memorabilia. The documentary is truly moving. And the staff is very friendly. Thank you!

Very moving film we watched here. It is a small museum covering a very specific raid during WW2 however very valuable to learn of the history whilst on site, in Dieppe. I think that made it hit home at more. Some amazing tails of humanity on both sides. Let’s all pray / hope all is Europeans can all stick together from now on.

We had a lovely guide who spoke very good English. You can tell she is passionate about her work and she told us little stories about different personalities involved in the Dieppe Raid. The movie was extremely informative and included several first-person perspectives which were heartrending and powerful. They also had many artefacts on display. Definitely worth the trip!

Great little museum with a video to support. Would highly recommend.

Never got inside. Drove down with a motor home and my 92 year old mother and realized they opened at 13.30. I wish they listed their hours on Google.
