BATTAGLIA FRANCESCO

That's a nice and large park in Valence. It's a good place for outdoors and take the kids to play. Unfortunately I visited the winter time so there are not many things to do just walk around and look at some event here.

Great place to visit in town! Big green area and several places to visit within the park. Recommended

Beautiful park with perfect green grass. Love the big fountain and lookout. Love the miniature train and tracks that go through the grass. This is a very lucky city to have such a beautiful public treasure.

Lovely park to enjoy a walk or relax in the sun. Accessible to wheelchairs, there's a playground and an area where they keep sheep/goats and birds. There's a duck pond and a little train driving through the park in summer (although I hear it's quite expensive).

Crystal clear water from the beautiful fountains runs through the park. Allowing you to sit on the edge and cool your feet in the chilly mountain water. Also the wind was noticably stronger than in Montpelier making the sun more bearable. Park is well maintained and clean <3

Great park which is maintained very well. Visited by all kinds of people. Young and old etc. There is also some amusement for the small kids. There is also a WW2 monument and some kids animal farm. The only disadvantage is the crazy 6 lanes Route du Soleil highway which runs through the city 😳.

Beautiful Parc - perfect if you just want to go for a quick walk, or if you just want to eat your lunch here, great for the kids too. Defiantly a place to visit if you come to Valence.

Beautiful Park to the point of it being picturesque. A space where parents with their kids hang out, so that should tell you something about the safety. Fun fact, it has a train that kids can ride around the park accompanied by a parent or a supervisor. Has a big open space with grass for games etc.
