Must visit..... we were in a campervan for Tour de France 2019. We spent the night in the mountain over looking the water. Absolutely spectacular view. The drive up was beautiful.
Great panorama on the surrounding mountains. Super beautiful views on the lake during the climb.
Beautiful climb with stunning views on the Mont Blanc
Very nice pass road for motorcycling. View is spectacular.
Simply the most stunning mountain road in this part of the Alps. The scenery is rugged and wild and feels far away from any towns or villages. Fantastic to drive, and fantastic to cycle, it's worth stopping to explore it further on foot.
Climbed from the Bourg St. Maurice side while staying in Les Arcs. Was a hugely enjoyable climb which is long but hugely varied in terrain and vistas. The climb itself is challenging but at no stage is it ever unbearable. The climb can therefore be taken as a relaxed and enjoyable experience or alternatively can be made hard if you want to put the hammer down. This climb is an absolute must do if you are cycling in this part of the Alps!
Stunningly beautiful. Definitely worth a visit!
Top of the world!
