Via email, I had contacted this group for help with an injured wood pigeon fledgling I found. Unfortunately, as I found the fledgling at night, it had passed in the following morning. The person from SPOV who wrote back to me in the morning still gave me good advice though and was very compassionate. It is helpful information if you are a tourist like me and stumble upon an injured bird. If anyone else is in the same position and struggles to find help for injured wildlife in the area, I was referred by them to bring injured wildlife to Faune-Alfort at the veterinary school in Maisons-Alfort. SPOV is unfortunately closed but they will still reply to emails and give great advice.

My brother and I went to give this young baby bird that has become a member of the family. He was being too much harassed by the other pigeons who broke his leg. So we gave him to this association to keep him safe. Although part of the house was burnt down, she continues to protect her little animals. BRAVO to her. If you have the possibility to donate to her, don't hesitate, she deserves heaven this lady.

Found a blessed pigeon at gare Saint Lazare station and they accepted me to arrive and take care of him even if they were closed. Thanks a lot for that and I hope the little bird will fly again. This is real love for animals. Thanks a lot! 🙏❤️

We brought an extremely unwell parrot to them on a Sunday afternoon. Their fixed telephone line was not working, but when we arrived at the address there were 2 mobile numbers we could call and one of them replied and asked us to knock on the window. A very kind gentleman took good care of the parrot and we were extremely happy to find such kind human beings working on a Sunday to help animals. More power to them

I found a wounded pigeon at the Place de l'Opéra on a Sunday afternoon, I didn't want to leave it like this on the street but I didn't know what to do. Then like a miracle, I found this NGO via the internet, I sent this poor pigeon to them. The gentleman who received me was very kind, I knew they would take care of this poor bird. It is just great to have them there. I will make a donation on their website.

I discovered hurt little pigeon in the street. I dont know what can i do for little pigeon. Little pigeon, they cannot eat themselves, So its hard to take care of it ! But i found this place, they take it this little pigeon! Thats so nice !! And they will take care for 2month, and the set her free. Merci bien for take little pigeon!!

Merci beaucoup pour le travail que vous faites. Sans cette association, le pigeon que j'ai trouvé le soir du 31 décembre avec une aile cassée serait sans doute mort car personne ne voulait le soigner. Il a été pris en charge alors que nous étions le soir du réveillon. Soigné et rééduqué dans leur volière, il devrait sans sortir et revoler. Je ne pensais pas que cela serait possible car les fractures chez les oiseaux sont difficiles à prendre en charge. Alors bravo et félicitations.
