Absolute worst. We’ve lived in our new apartment for over a month now and Foncia has ignored all of our calls and messages about our mailbox and buzzer. We still don’t have keys to our mailbox 5 weeks later. Ghazel has apparently been on vacation for 5 weeks as she has ignored all correspondence and failed to submit any of the information we provided to the company. In any other country this company would be shut down. It’s a complete and total incompetent joke.
Honestly it has been 4 requests (and counting) to update my coordinates to actual valid address. If they can't manage to fix my address, I have serious doubt they can manage my buildings. Reading the other reviews, it's clear they are not known for their attention to details and customer service (at least not to a US-level one). Update: The CEO reply is actually not correct, for my setup a change of address is creating a request you can not do it yourself. The 4th attempt was also a fail. Clearly a massive sign of disconnect between what the CEO thinks you can do on his website and the reality.

I ve been having a series of issues with them , they re not responsive not respectful , very condescending , I try to send emails about how employees keep talking to me and they don’t even apologise they just dismiss them, I ve had issues for month and they kept diregarding any form of communication, I feel like it s a bunch of bullies not wanting to work and they keep dismissing and passing the ball from one to the other .. I HATE INTERACTING WITH THEM !!! The only way I could AVOID them is by having a personal agent from my company handle their attitude .. DON T RENT FROM THIS AGENCY , U LL REGRET IT 👌
To be avoided at all cost, they misplaced the quote I pay for my flat, it was a bank transfer, and somehow I am at fault. Absolutely do not trust their staff, who will talk to you, send you mails and then pretend not to have had any contact with you and it goes without saying I am still waiting for my money. Please avoid them!
Myself and Errol Osbourne approached Foncia today for advice. Due to our inability to communicate our problem in French we were quite hesitant. We had 3 or 4 issues to discuss and we were welcomed by Sabrina Bella who went out of her way to help. She contacted the appropriate person and translated for us. We came away feeling our problems had been addressed and we cannot thank Sabrina enough for her help.
I wish I could put 0 stars. The worst agency I've ever been to in my life. I've been renting through them for 3 years and as a foreigner they treated me really badly. They have been rude to me, refusing to speak English and never answering to my emails. Be careful of your deposits because they charged me in things that were as I found them taking advantage that I'm from another country. For example, they charged me from my deposit for the repair of an aircondition which never worked and it was mentioned in the intentory and they refuse to refund me for that. Honestly, stay away. In reply to your comment: Hello, I will delete the name. What you are saying is absolutely a lie. She never replies to me and she is always very rude. When I moved here, she was not even there to take pictures. There was an inventory that I received with no photos and I was a foreigner and nobody told me what to do in this case. She has no proof that the apartment was not like that. I entered the apartment and it was in a terrible condition which I changed. And now she is making me pay for things that I never did. Stamps on the chairs and everything were there already and she knows about it. About the aircondition, she mentioned clearly in email correspondance that I need to pay 3k to replace them if I wanted to because they were not working which of course I did not do. And now she is saying that I need to pay for the repair of the aircondition. And this was mentioned in the inventory in written, that the aircondition is not working. This is unacceptable! I've never been treated like this in my life! Everytime something happened in the apartment, I knew that she would never reply to me so I had to handle everything on my own. I paid 700 euro of deposit for absolutely nothing! it's just ridiculous! Just try to treat other people and foreigners differently because your behavior is just tragic. Goodbye and I'm glad that I will never have to deal with you again!
I had the privilege of engaging with HURY Baptiste from Foncia's customer support, and I must express that the encounter was truly outstanding. Baptiste demonstrated exceptional skills, patience in clarifying and simplifying complex issues, proficient English communication (uncommon in France), and effectively addressed the raised concern. As the owners (proprietaires) of an apartment in Nice where Foncia is the estate manager (le syndiq) we recently experienced excellent assistance from Mme Sylvia PARNET, Mme Sabrina BELLA (in addition for translation into English) and Mme Lea BARLOY which we like to share here on their public web site. Our apartment were severely suffering from a water leakage (degats des eaux) originating from the apartment above and we needed help from Foncia. We are extremely grateful for their immediate attention to our problem and would like to give them the highest score in customer/client satisfaction!
