Great Company. Marina at the desk is an awsome support. She helped us get the right car for us. She guided us on how we have to go around in French riveria. Her knowledge of English was great so we could communicate easyly. She guided us for everything, regarding parking, laws, oneways , timings, parking lots and all other important things. She also called to ask us if everything was okay with us. Very great support.

My partner and I rented a car for a quick day trip to Gorges du Verdon. The car provided was wonderful. The only thing that was a misunderstanding is that they gave us a manual when we had requested automatic. It was an easy fix, but we did have to go to the other location as they were all out of automatic at the first location. But nevermind that as the Rent A Car team made it up to us. When we got back, we were slightly over our allocated mileage, 30 minutes late, AND we were unable to refill the gas tank because the gas station wouldn’t accept our cards. Regardless of this, Rent A Car did not charge us but an extra €17 despite all of these things (including gas when gas is very expensive)! They wanted to make sure we felt taken care of because of the original mishap. Very kind people, very helpful, and took great care of us. Thank you Rent A Car! We will be back!

DO NOT GO HERE Would give 0 stars if possible. Really disappointing experience with Rent A Car in Nice. My friend and I booked a car in advance, paid €440 online, and arrived with all the required documents — everything was accepted except for one thing: we didn’t have a credit card for the security deposit, only debit. That alone was enough for them to refuse to give us the car, with no real attempt to help or offer a workaround. What made it worse was that this rule about needing a credit card wasn’t made clear when we booked. We absolutely would not have gone through with the reservation if we’d known. Instead, we were left stranded, with no refund, no car, and no help from the staff. We called to try and explain the situation and ask for any kind of support or exception, but Maxine on the phone was rude and dismissive — they literally hung up on us mid-conversation. We lost €440 for nothing. I would strongly recommend booking with a different company — this one has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly unprofessional

The company is such a scam! I booked a lodging on behalf of my friend in booking, someone from the company shared my personal data with this company. They started sending me email claiming 30€ fines, though I have never used their services and was never physically on Nice. Fun fact on the request of providing me the application and ID on which this was booked provided with some fake application form on the name that I changed 12 years ago and never had any driving license. Avoid using them at any cost.

It’s totally a scam. You can book online for a price and they say that the car is no longer available when you get in the agency forcing you to pay more. They also try to get money out of you on return I have been charged more and waited 3 months for refund.

You should know that when you drive more than 100 km daily, you have to pay additional payment like 5o euro a day or more. We pay like 200 euro for 10 hours ranting. Very expensive agency. Better to find another one

DONT GO THERE! Extremely unfriendly, cheating and aggressive staff. Do NOT sign their vehicle review without having checked every photo. They had put an old odometer photo as I rented a truck and tried to charge me more for fuel and kilometers. I knew I had travelled not even the fifth of what they claimed but "you signed you pay!". Until I played Sherlock and discovered the date and time of the photo that didn't match with the time I had rented... But of course, even then not a single word of excuse but "why did you sign?!!!". And this is just one small example of my experience with them. Avoid at any cost, never seen anything so unprofessional. And BTW, those 5 star reviews are possibly fake, there is almost no review between 1 and 5 stars...

Exceptional service, nice car, even nicer people working here, and I don´t even speak french. Very helpful, even dropped us off at the airport terminal when we were leaving. Highly recommended.
