The house in a well konown boulavard in a nice neighbourhood. Metro station of line 6, which is the main line for south section, is very close to house (200mt). House was clean and tidy when we arrived. It was a practical house with 2 bedrooms having their own baths so its ideal for 2 couples or a family with kids. Everything was in order at home and there were all necessary items for a few days of stay. And more...like some complementary items :) Nickolas was a great host, he arranged our arrival easily and without any complaint even when we arrived at 23:00. He answered questions in time and help us with information needed. To sum up we had a great holiday in Paris and this house deserves every penny of the payment

The apartments are located in a very nice quiet area of ​​Paris. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. The house is old, but the apartment has undergone cosmetic renovations. The kitchen is equipped with new furniture. The mattresses are comfortable.
