We had been trying to sell our town house in Capestang for a while and eventually entrusted it to Vives Immobilier. They were superb. Julien, our negotiator, speaks excellent English and was always on hand to advise us. He managed to get the property filmed for an English TV programme and was constantly getting people through the door to have a look at it. Finally a buyer was found and again Julien's assistance with the compris de vente, the pre-sale inspection and lots of other tiny details was invaluable. Right at the very end when we were preparing to move out, he and a colleague helped out by lowering our sofa set from the first floor by rope down to our removal van. That's devotion to duty above and beyond what's called for. The office is cool and tastefully decorated, courtesy of Office Manager, Cindy and all the personnel there were very helpful.
