Super responsive agency, well organised and friendly. We stayed at a fantastic house in Meribel managed by Cimalpes; the entry and leaving was super easy, and the cleaning service and the reporting of damages functioned super well. I strongly recommend Cimalpes Saint Martin to anyone looking for a reliable agency.

Upon arriving by bus without a car, we were immensely impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire team. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience seamless and stress-free. Their dedication and helpfulness truly stood out, and we are incredibly grateful for their support. Absolutely amazing holiday in the picturesque Saint Martin de Belleville in a great chalet serviced by Cimalpes! This was our first time in the Tree valleys resort an we absolutely loved it. The quality of the chalet, ski slopes and the whole region made all eight of us full with positive vibes. Will definitely visit the resort again. Thanks Cimalpes for the amazing job!

The chalet apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very spacious. The underground parking was a nice luxury. Cimalpes always do a very professional job of welcoming you and are very responsive. We found it nicer to drive 5mins to Saint Martin and access the 3 Valleys pistes from there rather than walk to the Bettaix lift and battle the long queues in Les Menuirs. Also, Saint Martin has lovely apres ski whereas there is nothing close to the chalet. The only two very small things that stopped this review being 5* was the TV didn't work (sometimes it's just easier to let the kids watch TV while cooking dinner!) and we had complaints from the neighbours downstairs who said they could hear the children walking on the floor - we weren't sure how to make them hover instead. (The apartment itself is on the top floor so no sound came in to us from any neighbours.)

Avoid! A protective glass meant to cover the floor in front of the fireplace cracked underneath a 4 year old boy casually passing. Glass pieces flew everywhere exposing everyone to hazard. No visit from the agency after reporting it. 2 weeks later huge amount of money taken out of deposit without any explanatory cost breakdown or any consideration about the actual reason for the incident. Absolutely no fault, agent saying they have responsibility to the owner (!!!) and people not meant to step over it. Not mentioned anywhere in contract or guidance and will practically make the fireplace unusable. Response from agency completely general, claim disputed. Terrible service!

This was a wonderful chalet with a great atmosphere and all the essentials! We loved the log fire, the open plan living area, and all the en suite bathrooms. The sauna and steam room were the perfect way to end the ski day!

We had a great week. The Cimalpes team was very friendly and did inform us "very" good before arrival.

Enjoyed the staying very much. Beautiful and spacious chalet. Would definitely recommend it!
