Excellent hotel about a 10-minute walk from Henri Mondor Hospital in Créteil and metro station Créteil l'Echat that brings you quickly to Paris. Friendly personnel and clean rooms.

Good price for Paris, the app was very clear, and the metro station is only about 5 minutes from the hotel. 🚇

Room - We booked an apartment and were fully satisfied. Even teh sofabed could be opened to form a full double bed. Kitchen was very clean when we arrived and everything was in order. Wifi connection also was fast and could be connected very easily.||Location - It is actually a 5 mins walk to metro stop. There is a kiosk shop which sells everyday needs if you need to buy anything till late in night(though obviously they charge a premium). There are also buses right outside from hotel which provide connectivity to other leg of RER/metro, though we dint explore them.||Parking available on-site at reasonable charge of Euro 6 per day is a definite plus as we did not have to drive in to Paris and connection back to highway is also a breeze.||Keep in mind that the reception is not 24 hours open, so ensure that you call them in advance to let them know of your arrival time and in case you need a parking inform them to keep a separate key for you. They have an automated machine that dispenses the key for room and parking.

Very good location near the metro station, there is all you need in studio (except scissors), warm, clean and comfortable bed.

Our room (102) was perfect for what we needed. It had the utilities we wanted and plenty of space for all of us. The member of staff who greeted us, Hafiz, was a phenomenal chap and extremely friendly and fun! - The Location Is pretty decent, you have a bakery, mall and shops within walking distance, and you can get to Central paris in about 20 minutes by the metro line nearby

For a budget hotel, this is as good as you can get near Paris. The rooms are decent, not very spacious, but not too small either, and they are clean. You don't get room service, but the staff is nice and helpful. We communicated very well with them, even before we arrived. There's paying parking at the property, which can be handy. The line 8 metro is about 800 meters from the hotel and it takes roughly 50 mins to get to the centre of Paris.

It is a pitty, that the hotel does not promote itself more from the streetview. It is a good hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast choice was limited, however the buffet was kept supplied by lovely personnel. The metro that will bring you to downtown Paris in under 30 minutes, is only a 10 min walk away from the lobby. Overall, for those who want a decent priced room and quality, this is the place.

My family of 4 including me booked appart hotel Sejours & Affaires Creteil for 3 nights but we could of only lasted 2 night. The bathroom wasnt clean at all. There was mold in every corner of the shower including the corners of the windows in the bedroom and livingroom.The plug of the tv was all burned and there was a short circuit where my children sleep. We slept with the windows open because it was way to hot in the room while every heating radiator was turned off. Without mentioning that the mosquitos was unbearable. We asked at the reception if there was an fan that we could use but they told us that they could not do anything. We had it on new years eve when the garage door was closed when we could have not got out the appartment without our car. We had to leave 1 day earlier. It's very disappointing because we were looking forward on this trip. And there is no refund of consideration for the 1 day that we did not stay. They offered 10% on the next stay.....
