TL;DR: Anyone needing representation for something important, even if you're low income, please choose someone else. They will smile over the phone, take the stipend from the government, and leave you in the dust. What the others have said is my experience as well. I've had m.r. DV Garib as my lawyer for nearly a year and it's been miscommunication and lack of communication since. It wasn't until I requested a complaint procedure that m.r. Ben Ahmed called me to make promises and also ghost me. I've not heard back from her in over 3 weeks and my lawyer, Garib, only contacts me when the opposing party sends something. I can't get a phone call with my lawyer, she apparently doesn't speak more than conversational English, and I'm frankly left in the dark when I'm fighting to not be separated from my children. So, thanks for taking advantage of and having zero care about a human being. Thank you for doing the bare minimum and watching from the sidelines as your client is deported and separated from her toddlers because you can't be bothered to fight for and represent the client you signed on.

I am suprised by those positive reviews. Both Mrs Ben Ahmed and Mrs Pershad doesnt know well rules and I lost 300€ because of it and now they wont gave back even I provided proof they are wrong. They claim that I could not have rights to get funds, when I changed representative he immediately told me I have high chances for funds - I did reveiced positive decision. Provided this to office demanding return of missing 30% of amount I paid and they decline and wont return ignoring document that shows they are wrong.m My emails and calls to office are ignored. Unfortunately my representative was mrs Pershad. She was very nice and friendly when we met, until I made transfer. I did not received any other help than “ I cant answer, I dont know, this is question to police” .. whats weird my current representative answers all of them right away. Really poor knowledge and above WRONG. Informations I have received were just false. Mrs Pershad declined to help me and Adviced me to go to another laywer claiming she had no specialiation of it - I did call another office and they checked for me - it was false. After that I didn’t see any more sense to continue. Mrs Pershad took the money and even had problem to repsponse for an email, when she did she couldn’t answer any of questions - what for I need a laywer who can’t answer the simplest questions.
