I booked my R&M Superdelite for a diagnostic appointment as it was not functioning correctly and I was unable to use it. We were on holiday from Scotland so I needed help from an approved dealer. Fortunately I found that help with Via Velo in Avignon. They spent a lot time and effort on my behalf trying to diagnose the problem together with Bosch and R&M. I had to return home before the work was completed but they wouldn’t charge me. They just wished me well and promised to help my own dealer in Scotland. Excellent service

During my round trip (early April 23) in the South of France my bike computer broke down. Not being able to revive it the only option was to find a Trek bike shop. Pretty desperate about the continuation of the trip I came across 'Via Velo' close to Avignon. The warm welcome and professional approach felt really good and after proper analysis and testing the problem was quickly solved. We set this up via email (I'm in the USA) and really appreciate the staff at Cyclable Avignon for working with us on our family holiday. We rented 3 cargo style e-bikes equipped for a parent and child for a holiday bike outing and the bikes were ready to go when we arrived at the store. They were high quality and worked great. I'd highly reccomend this company for people coming from the states and want to rent an e-bike for a day or more!

Twee fietsen gehuurd. Top kwaliteit. Service eveneens zeer goed en klantvriendelijk. Stelde voor om een fietstas uit te lenen zodat we geen rugzak dienden te dragen, slot, klein gereedschap, luchtflesje en pomp meegegeven, gratis. Wat een service. Zeker aan te raden. Heeft een ruime parking waar je de wagen veilig kan achterlaten.
