CAPRA MATHEO

It was nice. The staff are very busy but clearly try to help as much as possible. The kitchen staff are solid and cook the food as you I ask. It is a place with good food, cooked as you ask, with staff as helpfull as can be. A solid 4 stars no question. IMO a few more waiting staff, maybe 2 .. would help ease the slight lack of attention at the tables. As I said though, with friends, a good choice!

The place is nice, the whole idea is great ( cowboy style etc). However, we drove 1 hour to get there from Paris and the food was mediocre. The menu does not have variety (meaning different kinds of meat). It offers big or huge sizes, impressive at first sight but nothing that is worth visiting a second time. The dessert we ordered at the end (profiterol) was awful. I wouldn't recommend it because there are so many other places that actually make a difference. Please note that in the photos I have posted here the food does look delicious, but it's not.

We came across this place while on holiday. This is a lovely environment and even the language barrier of english and french the staff tried loads and was amazing. Food and desert was also very good and they have loads to choose from. Merci

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal here. Our party of 7 ate in the ‘wagon’ which was a cute place for a table. Food was delicious with plenty of choice. Servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. 7 very happy visitors.

Fabulous little restaurant. Food was beautiful and the service was excellent. The deco inside is lovely as well.

We went here tonight for dinner, it was very busy and we didn't expect to get in but they managed to get us in. Samir was our server who was first class and was training someone. If the trainee turns out as good as Samir he'll do well. This was our second visit this week and both times we were really impressed. I always check reviews first both good and bad reviews. I don't understand the bad ones. Both times we were met at the reception area and seated within a couple of minutes. Our drinks and food order was taken as soon as we were ready. We are a bit picky on our steak and requested very well done. Out drinks come pretty quickly after taking the order and our food came pretty quickly after that. Samir came back to us after about 5-10 minutes to check our steak was done OK, which it was done perfectly. I really can't fault this restaurant or the staff. As for the one star reviews about slow reception, long waits, rudeness of staff and complaints about children( of which we had a 2 year old with us) I just don't understand them. If we get a chance we will probably be back before we leave Sunday.

Country style restaurant with huge size custom hamburgers. Familly friendly place where meal cost is above average but remains affordable for small budgets. I rate this place highly and will certainly go back there as soon as possible.
