First of all i havent bought anything but i will say that they did an amazing job on this shop. Even if you are not planning to buy something this place urges you too. Quality looks good, definatelly worth a quick peak.

Always a pleasure stepping into this divine place. Full of the incredible Parisian handmade ceramics. Whimsical objects, John Derian decoupage, fantastic perfumes, scented candles, glassware, art objects. Truly wonderful service, full of life and smiles. Sometimes you are lucky that Avril the Pug is laying in the shop and adds to the charm and greeting. During December they sell lovely holiday decor. There is also a great guide named Ma Vie a Paris, where the owners carefully guide you through their unique city.

This is the most unpleasant and disgusting shop I have ever experienced in my life. Although this happened a few years ago, I shared my experience with my influencer friends, and they were already well aware of the bad experiences and rumors surrounding the Japanese manager of this shop. Did that not affect sales? Maybe not, but because of that manager, the shop surely lost opportunities for even better sales. At that time, I was purchasing an item worth around 600 euros in cash when my companion accidentally dropped a plastic item while browsing. The manager then shouted at me and the staff extremely loudly, which was so unpleasant that I immediately demanded a refund and left. It was such a terrible experience that I never returned to that shop again and even encouraged my friends to Avoid this brand. Is it not the company’s fault? I don’t know if that manager is still working there, but I find it hard to believe that the company was unaware of the complaints and negative reviews about them. The company’s negligence in ignoring the issue makes it equally responsible. Oh, and a very important point—the tableware is extremely fragile. When I placed freshly cooked food on a plate, a cracking sound occurred, and a crack appeared. When I visited the Paris store and asked a staff member about this, they said, “Since it’s ceramic, it should be fine with very hot food, so your experience is unusual.” However, even after that, the plates continued to show weakness against heat, and one even broke on the side while washing. Fortunately, I have photos to prove all of this, which makes me glad because the unpleasant experience at that shop wasn’t just a one-time thing. The humiliation I felt there was something I had never experienced before. And to be clear, the cracks and breakage in the tableware were not due to my negligence—though I cannot prove it, I know this for certain.
