Terrible company, they take your money and then tell me i am not covered for leaks ???? I have been paying for over 4 years .

Absolute joke. I got „tricked“ into signing them for a reduced price for a year, so I did it. But when I signed they clearly told me it’ll run out after that year and I’ll get a letter to continue the contract, which is/was not the case. And even more important the one time I actually needed them, no one helped, no one answered which is ridiculous considering we’re talking about leakage. So I wonder what they think people are supposed to do, wait 2 months until everything is flooded and their mechanics eventually show up ? The reaction time to emails is ridiculous too. On average it took them around a month for each reply.

The plumber arrived at the time indicated. Identified the problem and made the necessary repair. He was a very polite gentleman and carried out the work very efficiently.

Terrible service!! Plombier made leak worse and Homeserve refused to repair his error! I called for weeks asking to send someone out to repair and Homeserve never responded even after promising to send someone! Beware! They are horrible! I cancelled my contract and would NEVER recommend Homeserve!
