LES RESIDENCES DE COATIGRAC'H

I stayed at this hotel in June, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the rooms were okay, the staff lacked professionalism. Given that the hotel hosts international visitors, it's surprising that many staff members don't speak basic English, making communication difficult. Additionally, several services, such as the laundry, were unavailable throughout my stay, which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I took the small suite because I was staying for 4 days for business, it's located just a short walk from Carrefour and few nice bread/coffee shops. The small, and it is small kitchen is well enough equipped to make a light breakfast and keep fruit etc cold so no need to eat every meal in a restaurant which I find very valuable. The access, checkin and check out systems are all very efficient, really can't fault this hotel for longer business stops, it is not flash however. Lastly and probably most important, great bed, good linens, and an excellent shower and working bathroom.

I spent a (very short) night in this hotel in May 2018. The hotel is located quite centrally in Brest, and it is one minute on foot from a major square (Place de Strasbourg) with public transport connections to all major places, including the Airport (there is a shuttle running in agreement with the major airline timetables, but does not wait for delayed arrivals).||||The hotel is an appart-hotel, meaning it has a kitchenette at the entrance. The cleaning is quite good, and generally things work, but it is obvious that the items in the room are not new. The room could also be better organized (for example, there was no place for the table with armchairs, which therefore blocked the only entry into the clothes drawer.||||The hotel is not 24-hour staffed, meaning at night you receive a code to get your key. The system works fine, though.||||Note that there is no stocked minibar, although there is a fridge. There is no possibility to order in the room, and unfortunately at night there are no 24-hour shops nearby. Make provisions.||||All in all, it does what it says on the tin, without standing out at all.

Staff gave me early access to the apartment when I phoned them on arrival. 😀 Apartment was clean with sterile decor. Kitchen utilities sparse but adequate. Bed comfortable, the extra bed blanket was heavily stained though. (Yuk) the location was handy, 5mins walk to the tram into the city centre.

The local is great because of being near the tram. Although it is quite outside the center. Plan 10 minutes walk to get in the beginning of the animated part and roughly 30 minutes walk to get in the proper center of the town||The apartment was good. It is bigger than a basic room in an hotel. You have your own kitchen and can have your meals in your room, which is very practical to reduce the expenses of your stay.||I was there on a business trip for three days so I chose the option of the breakfast. I took the extra one the first day. Scrambled eggs that do not look like there is any egg in it and some weird sausages. Sticked with the normal breakfast for the rest of my stay. Lost of choices on an all you can eat buffet, including crepes and salted caramel spread.||You can have wired internet for an extra cost and wireless if you pay even more - what year are we again?!!||Parking price is outrageous, nearly felt like I was in Paris||Prepare your wallet also if you need to leave your luggage in a cupboard for some extra time of visit

Actually for the price you are going to pay (45-50) there are nothing better in town! The room is well equipped, big bathroom, small refrigerator, dishes, towels and a small kitchen. You have also a dishwasher which Is very practical. |Bad points :|1- need to pay extra for the wifi (2 euros per night) |2- no room service! (Also extra, 17 euros) ||For the rest is ok, well located next to public transportation, supermarket and the down town is very close! |

Booked a 6 bed apartment for one night, apartment was dirty, tired and smelly. TV did not work, Wifi was so slow as to be useless, fridge was noisy as was kitchenette extractor fan. Camp bed in the lounge/kitchenette was very uncomfortable and noisy. The area is pretty oppressive and does not feel friendly or well looked after. I won't be back and on this visit will stay away from the other Appart'City units.

We checked into 2 x apartments on 01/06/14 as a party of 3 adults and 1 child. When we arrived at 14.45pm we gained access to reception area by using a code which had been emailed to us, we were told we would receive further codes by sms for access to apartments by check in time of 15.00 at 15.30 we still had no sms or any further information? eventually a staff member came and by 16.00 we had our keys. We went to my parents apartment on first floor first, when lift doors opened we were shocked to see a guy sitting on the floor with nothing but a pair of shorts on who was highly agitated and shouting into his mobile phone, one of the other apartment doors was open and some guys were playing their house music drinking beers etc. Ok so it wasnt what we expected buy hey, were travelling and thats life a new experience etc. My parents apartment was very clean and really nice well equipped with all mod cons etc. I went to my apartment on 4th floor and that was also very clean and nice, at this stage we were settled in and everyone was happy. Later in the evening my child (aged 11) wanted something from the vending machine, seeing that he guys hanging out in the hallway earlier were gone I allowed her to go down to the vending machine near reception after 2/3 mins she ran back to the apartment crying and upset, a man had approached her and asked her age, commented she had lovely hair and as she walked away attempted to hold her by the wrist, she described this man as of Asian appearance and smelling of alcohol. I searched every floor of the building but could not find this man. As the child was scared and upset over this incident we had no other choice but to check out the following morning and find alternative accommodation. Apart from this unfortunate incident we found the apartments to be very nice, I would add that the location is very bad theres no bars, restaurants etc nearby and the area seems very unsafe at night. I thought very hard about leaving this review but
