We came for the brunch on 1st January . Excellent food with a wide choice . The buffet was replenished constantly and the staff were very friendly. An experience to be repeated.

This hotel could be amazing! However it wasn’t! The staff treat you like an inconvenience and I felt more like I was an institution for naughty children! I had fight to get more than 1 lumpy pillow each and was even told there was a limit of 3 per room… I then was told I could not borrow a cork screw to open wine we had purchased at a chateau they had recommended so we had to drive to the supermarket and buy one. We asked for ice and even that was rationed to one or two refills a day and at 5pm on a Saturday I was told no more ice as they had a full restaurant. It was 36degrees while we were there! We were then told off for leaving the patio door open while we were at the pool (5m away) and then further admonished for having glasses by the pool - which were actually plastic.. later that day my friend went for dinner in their restaurant and asked for portion of fries to take back to the room only to be told NO. Apparently no food is allowed in the room, my friend even offered to eat them on the terrace but was still told no! She did get some eventually! I also think that rule just applied to us, as later in the holiday the same waitress watched two guests fill up breakfast trays and take them back to their room! Other minor issue - the floors in the rooms we filthy as my feet were black after walking around while changing and one of the drawers had a handle missing and a large sharp screw sticking out which ripped a pair of my trousers! As I said the hotel could be amazing, the pool is lovely and the food is good, I just wish we weren’t made to feel like such an inconvenience!

We came to the Restaurant with high expectations, after our first visit few months ago. This time we were happy too, the food were excellent. Really not anything to complain about. We have not been to the hotel, since we live close by.

This was a AMAZING hotel! The rooms and hotel itself were really nice, but the staff were just so amazing!!!! My friend and I were travelling and got our car broken into. The staff helped us park it in a safe spot, taped up the window, helped us get our documents in order while we started the process with our embassy to request emergency passports. Truly thank you to the hotel staff and the owner, thank you so much!! We really love this hotel and it will always have a place in our heart!!

I had a pleasure of visiting the hotel as part of a guided cycling tour and it proved to be a great choice for the last night of the tour. Welcoming hosts, warm reception/bar area, really nice wellness area with inside heated pool, sauna, cardio equipment and weights. Rooms get the job done, the inside doors were a bit squeaky but otherwise ok. Really liked the bathroom with the pebbles on the floor.|Restaurant with the fireplace adds to the charm, as does the great food they serve. Nearby there are several vineyards as well as a historical chapel of St. Rosalie. It’s a great starting point for several cycling/hiking tours, so I’m definitely coming again.

We had a fantastic lunch here after visiting Château Sainte Roseline, the staff is very friendly and all of us had cold salads and Rose cocktails which are amazing !! Thank you for looking after me as I am gluten intolerant , they made me a very delicious salad !!

this place is just outside the Chateau Roseline and is well worth stopping for a meal. The good is uncomplicated and very tasty. Service is friendly and efficient. Lovely way to have a break while visiting vineyards

Really difficult to understand with the staff, the english level quite low. They charged us 15€ in order to enter the room at 13h instead than 14h. Rooms very old and not very clean. Wouldn’t recommend.
