I’d take a stroll on the promenade every day! There are vendors along the way too for you to have a sit down with a drink or a snack and looking out the ocean :) if the sun is out and temperature is high, wearing a hat maybe helpful if you tend to get sunburns, as I didn’t find many places with shades.

Whenever we are in Cannes, we park our car at the Palais des Festivals car parks. Finally, because the city was very crowded because of the film festival (2021), we preferred to come from Vallaris to Cannes by train. Fast and elegant. We walk along the beach and watch the action. We drink some coffee and enjoy the sun, which pleasantly caresses us in the summer time. I never get tired of walking here on this promenade. It usually takes several hours.

A lovely place to walk with lovely views across the beach and out to sea. There are lots of places to sit and admire the view and the whole area comes alive in the evening. There are lots of small stalls dotted along the pathway offering souvenirs and bits to eat and drink at a reasonable price.

Excellent for a stroll, or just to sit and relax. There are plentiful chairs available, and views are satisfying. There are also well-placed public toilets.

Went there during the film festival and it was too crowded with people (not in film/fashion business) showing off hoping to be noticed by someone important in the film/fashion business. Liked the car though.

If you enjoy running into celebrities and famous faces, this is definitely the place for you! A hotspot for the well-known, it never disappoints.
