A single person on the counter of Service Aprés-Vente! Line of customers waiting for more than 30min to have this darn service. Ridiculous for a company stating they have these extra services compared to competition. Save yourself time and money and use Amazon, Cduscount or eBay - they have better value for money. Fraud STAFF😡!!! Order number: N°FG7FY7LAZ4CEC. On 30.01.2022, I have bought an AirPod 3 from Fnac store 94012 CRETEIL with 3 years guarantee as well. The Salesperson has taken my Bank details and made subscription of PACK FNAC Sérénité DUO Famille which is 15.9€/month without my knowledge and concern, even I have refused to take the subscription. When I refused to give my Bank details, he said it is required to claim the Guarantee. On 1st February, i came to know that he made an Insurance Ganrantie Privée for 5 years which is 7.99€/month as well😡. When I went to the store to cancel everything, he let me waiting in the store and never came back!!! I want to file complaint against the Salesperson!! Be careful when you’re dealing with the Salesman!!!

We went to Fnac to buy 2 phones, understaffed nobody to advised you. Spoke to somebody who sent a salesperson to us. Salesperson was so so rude, for all questions we had he was not answering well. The phones had 2 prices and basically had to pay full prices and get a cashback, when asking him how to claim the cashback he told us to go back where the phone were displayed and get a pamphlet over there. Seller 00061 it was. FNAC you seriously need to get your employees trained of how to speak to customers. The system of store itself is tiring. So basically you have to go through to the sales persone he will give an order number, then go to the cashier pay the cashier will give the receive the receipt then go all the way at the back of the store to collect your order. Then the security needs to stamped the receipt .That is really time consuming for the customer. Vey bad experience over there.
