This store has the worst return policy on the planet. I made a purchase in Germany and wanted to exchange for a different size in Ireland because airlines lost my luggage. Be warned that this store does not do returns or exchanges from different countries. I will never shop here again. Has an international company, they can do better.
Subject:The worst Zara store I have ever visited. The store in question is 88 rue de Rivoli which I visited on a recent trip to Paris. The staff were rude and unhelpful and despite long queues at the checkout there was only one person serving, despite other members of staff milling about chatting. Not only that, on returning to Britain I found I had been overcharged by 10 euros. If Zara employ secret shoppers I suggest they send one to this store as it is really letting the brand name down. I have shopped at other Zara's in Britain, Spain and even Paris but the customer service in this store is appalling. I should also add that I contacted Zara customer service with this complaint and it was never acknowledged.
Complete racism!!! I picked up one top at aeroville zara by the airport and wanted to pay by card. They wanted my ID card and I showed them my medical card which had all the details- with picture and signature - and the lady at the counter said this card is to be used only in hospital and this is not a hospital. when I tried to explain that this card is connected to my passport she only waved to a guy who came to speak to me. To this guy even driving license is not an ID card in France. When I asked them their names they refused to tell me their names so I took a picture of both of them. This kind of racist attitude should not be brought into a fashion store. I am surprised that in a place like Paris such cheap minded people still exist.
I would give 0 star if there has a choice. I returned the article on 18/10/2014, still haven't got the refund. Too much time and energy was wasted on the communication with the working staff of customer sevice, and they broke their promises again and again. Never met a company behaves like this.
I’m waiting since 4 months for a return because of a low quality product. There’s no way to get any useful answer from their customer service. It’s a shame to call it “customer service”. They simply don’t deserve having customers.
Unfortunately the shop on Champs Elysees 92 shows the complete gender discrimination, women should go to the men fitting room if she want to try the men shirt. Husband cannot see his wife trying the close in the fitying room, he shoud wait outside!!! it is2023 in Paris, France?
