I signed up for this gym in November and was clearly told in English by a staff member that I could email after 2 months to get my deposit back. Now, after doing exactly what I was told, I’ve been informed that this was a "misunderstanding" and that the deposit is only refunded upon cancellation. This is completely unacceptable. I followed the instructions I was given by an employee of the gym, in good faith. To be told now that it was a misunderstanding — with no solution, no accountability, and no effort to make things right — shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for customers. If staff are giving out incorrect information, that’s not a customer’s fault. That’s on management to take responsibility for and fix — not just brush it off. This kind of misleading communication and refusal to honor what was promised is a huge red flag. I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to be very cautious about trusting what the staff tells you. Poor service, poor communication, and zero accountability. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

The gym facilities are excellent—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the payment system and customer service. Despite following their rules to cancel my membership a month in advance, they continued to charge me for two extra months. Additionally, I was told I would get my €50 guarantee back, but they refused to return it, making the process unnecessarily complicated. This is not just my experience—many of my colleagues also faced similar issues. Due to our busy schedules, they couldn’t attend the gym for months and eventually quit, but none of them received their guarantee back either. It feels like the staff assumes we won’t question these unfair practices, and my colleagues, being humble, didn’t ask again. While the gym itself is great, the management and policies need serious improvement to treat members fairly.”

Had a great experience here! Thanks so much to Alex for answering my questions and for the warm welcome. The equipment is fantastic, I especially love the women’s area. Everything is super clean and the team is helpful and kind. Can’t wait to return again!

Gym is great, I wish the boxing area was bigger. It often happened that some of the bags break.

The gym is clean with good facilities and the staff is nice and polite. The changing room is also clean and spacious. It is a good fitness club to go to.
